I love this fridge, it is counter depth, sleek, spacious and has room to move shelving around for tall items etc. My ONLY complaint is when you get ice it is rather slow compared to older fridges that would pump it out rather quickly. Other than that-great fridge.

The middle drawer is pretty cool for keeping cold cuts and yogurt. However, we usually end up needing to open the big doors too, to get the mustard or fruit. So...., it’s just a gadget with not great utility. Water / ice maker are great. I love that they are outside the door so we don’t have to keep opening the fridge to access water (like our prior fridge). Happy with this fridge.

I toyed with buying this fridge for almost a year. Obviously it’s very pretty. I was going from a 19 year old side-by-side, with non- working ice and water, so I really wanted to make a good decision and I really did a lot of searching. This fridge is great, the humidity drawers are great and they actually work. I no longer need to keep my fruit in those special containers which was a pain. I like the bottom freezer, although it’s smaller than I previously had but I have an upright freezer in my basement so it’s not an issue. I LOVE the separate drawer. We use it for a variety of beverages and it is so nice and organized. The adults, kids and grandkids all love it. It has different controls depending on what you want to use the drawer for, but ours stays set on the cold beverage setting. That drawer by far is my favorite feature. Did I mention that I LOVE it?

I like this fridge but it hums a little loud compared to my old kitchen aid. It looks great! I would have like to have adjustable height to make it a little taller. Works good so far. I Iike having the draw for deli meats and cheese I put my mayo and mustard in there and now I don't have to even open the fridge to make a sandwich. :)

We had originally purchased a different Samsung model, but the doors were misaligned when delivered. When I discussed this issue with a member of the Geek Squad, they immediately offered to replace the fridge. We decided on a different model, the Samsung - 22.6 Cu. Ft. Counter-Depth 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with Thru-the-Door Ice and Water - Stainless Steel (Silver). My wife and I are empty-nesters so the 22.6 cu. ft. was more than enough space for the two of us and we are pleased with the interior configuration. The fridge is very quiet and looks great in our kitchen. The Best Buy delivery staff were extremely courteous and professional, and as I mentioned earlier Geek Squad immediately took care of our initial concern. So we're happy with our new fridge, happy with the delivery staff and happy with Geek Squad. We did purchase the 5 year extended warranty just in case!

Good product and looks great in the kitchen. The delivery team was on time and set up was quick. They programmed temp and set up ice machine and drinking water system. I would recommend the Refrigerator because it provides the space we needed and is very quite and looks good

Lots of space and options. Plus just looks Great! Ice maker is a little lacking. Other than that great fridge specially for those with tight doorways.

This refrigerator fit like a glove on the space and I still had extra inches spare on all sides. My complaint is it’s non-finger resistant and little space. So if you have a big family and always store a lot of food inside, this will not work. So far I don’t have any problem with the ice maker as mentioned in a lot of reviews.

The size of this refrigerator is great, big enough to hold our food, but small enough to fit in the limited space we have. The "flex" drawer is really very nice. The flex drawer was our reason for selecting this refrigerator.

We've had this unit for nearly a month now and love it. Very clean and bright inside design. Ice maker is quiet and very efficient. Although it's only counter depth it holds a lot of food, and we are a family of four!

I got the counter depth Samsung so my fridge wouldn't overwhelm my small kitchen space. I couldn't be happier with it. It has plenty of space for my essentials. The flex drawer is great for the frequent items the kids want and access is easy. This is my first Samsung fridge and I would have no problem buying another one in the future. Great product.

Bought a counter width refrigerator. It is smaller, but it has kept me from filling it up with items I don't really need or eventually use. I like the cooling drawer. Great size for two retired people and really like the stainless.

We purchased this fridge weeks before Black Friday and were a bit uneasy about getting a good deal but the Best Buy appliance rep was right! The prices were the same on Black Friday and have gone up since then. My mother has this fridge in her kitchen and we loved using it so it was a targeted purchase for sure. Even though its a counter-depth fridge, it's a great size and the added drawer is great for holding my beer at the perfect temperature!

Overall this is a good frig. Now that it has been in my home a couple of weeks I’ve noticed two small annoyances. The water and ice are slow to come out and the freezer drawer extra shelf makes it difficult to reach the items in the bottom. If I had had the money, I would have purchased the 4 door version.

I love the space configuration, inside lighting & French doors. My only complaint is it seems to have a very small ice maker.

The refrigerator has all the functions needed. The flex drawer is very useful to put vegetables separately and or champagne separately. Well thought out doors and shelving allow for a lot of flexibility. Looks great from outside. Display on outside water dispenser is simple and clean. Only question is little tray under the ice and water dispenser, sits loose and not sure of what it adds or purpose. Overall cost a bit more but very quiet and we are happy buyers.

I live this fridge. The middle drawer is a lifesaver. However, The icemaker repeatedly froze up and finally died two years into owning the machine.

This Samsung Refrigerator has exceeded our expectations. We are so very pleased with it. Plenty of room love the 4 door model. Would highly recommend and would buy again.

Pros: control panel user friendly; water/ice dispenser are very quiet with no leaks/drips so far after 2 weeks; very functional and looks nice! Cons: not much storage space but that was expected with counter depth; milk jug doesnt fit inside unless slide out shelf is pushed back, otherwise only one door compartment will hold 2 jugs max; left door auto closes in when opened but geek squad was able to fix it a bit; compressor is quiet but does randomly make some brief noise, but only noticeable if total silence

Open box item, Samsung French door fridge. Minor dings, but great price. The little dings are worth the savings. Love it. Works great.
