Amazing fridge, despite negative reviews I bought! People are super spoiled, fridge is not noisy at all, works like a charm.

Has a lot of odd small spaces. Not sure what you can use them for. Ice/water dispenser does not work when either door is open.

Great fridge. Countertop depth but still a lot more space than you'd expect. Samsung seems to be at the top of their game.

I love almost everything about this refrigerator, especially, the flex zone/drawer. However, we find the water dispenser and ice dispenser challenging. The ice dispenser is too close to the water dispenser button, so we often hit ice, without wanting ice. Also, the water shoots inward which makes it dribble just a bit when you pull away. We have to dry the tray. All in all, I can live with this issue because I love everything else about this refrigerator!

The four door looks great. I like the led lighting. It's quiet. The folding and sliding shelves are great features.

We haven't had the refrigerator that long, but so far we love it. The only frustrating part is the fingerprints that show up daily, and we have no little ones in the house. The counter depth and the front drawer is very nice! I thought I would miss the extra space (extra depth), but it was space that behaved like a black hole - once something went in there it would get lost. I gave it four stars instead of five, only because we only had it a few weeks.

We purchased the counter depth Samsung refrigerator. It has quiet operation and excellent temperature control. We have had some issues with the icemaker clogging up and stopping ice making. We have to occasionally take out the ice tray and defrost the clogged ice cubes in the unit. It may be a little worse about clogging if you dispense crushed ice vs. ice cubes. If I had to do all over again, I would probably not go the through the door ice version.

This refrigerator is great! for a counter depth it really has lots of space, in the refrigerator as well as the freezer, and the center drawer is my favorite part, The perfect temp for my bottled beer!!!!! I do keep some lunchmeat and cheese in there too.

Looked for a counter depth refrigerator with 4 drawers, well made, all the bells and whistles possible along with a great price. Jason was very knowledgable and answered all our questions.

I replaced a side by side refrigerator and was "scared" to get the french doors with the fridge drawer and freezer on the bottom! I didn't know if I would like the freezer drawer.... Well.... I LOVE IT! I had to get the counter depth due to space, but this is soooo much more room then what I had before in side by side. The fridge doors are great! The shelves on doors are a little small on the left side, but I have so much more space inside that it doesn't matter. I love that I can actually put a whole dinner plate with left over dinner on the shelve without rearranging the whole refrigerator. I like that the ice maker is small inside and doesn't take up much room. The ice n water on door is great, I can put a pitcher in the spot to fill with water with no problem! As for the refrigerator drawer, that's awesome! I use it for yogurt, lunch meat, fruit, all the stuff we go into refrigerator for alot... The freezer drawer, I actually fit more in it then I did with side by side. I thought I would have a hard time getting used to it, not at all. The top drawer hold all ice cream treats and breakfast waffles, etc. and the bottom drawer is deep enough to hold bags of chicken, etc, bought at the wholesale club. I am so happy I bought this, even though I needed to replace my old one... This was definitely the best choice for my family of 4. (2) teenagers and me n hubby! Ps even my kids friends love it!! :-)

We love this refrigerator, although not sure the configuration is as spacious as I thought at first. Some compartments do not fit much. The main thing is the ice maker barely shoots any ice out even though it is always full. Not a huge issue as we don’t use much ice but for someone who does it would be a problem.

I love the fridge. It is bigger than I expected and the extra features are nice. It smudges easily but cleans up quickly with stainless steel wipes.

As we've found with most Samsung products, (think phones, TV's, etc.) this refrigerator perfectly combines form with function. It looks great in our kitchen and when you open the doors...wow! The lighting is fabulous and the shelf flexibility and layout is nearly perfect.

This refrigerator is solid and the type of quality product you would expect from Samsung. The big limitation is that the space on the left side is significantly limited by the ice maker. That's common with a lot of refrigerators but it's a design flaw as far as I'm concerned.

Great style and features for the value. I pulled out a lot of crisper drawers testing fridges to find something I could live with and these move smoothly. The middle drawer is perfect for 12 oz cans, we love the quick access to grab a soda/water. The top tray in the freezer fits boxed meals upright so you can read the labels. The shelf in the fridge door around the ice maker is pretty useless since it is so slim (it might fit a kids juice pouch, but nothing bigger), but fridge overall has good space. I use the flip up shelf for 2 liters and large juice jugs, they don't fit elsewhere. So far (it's been a couple weeks), I'm very happy. I read reviews that the fridge makes an annoying noise when it's cooling, and it does make noise, but it's not loud. I'm picky about many things, but was very relieved to find this fridge met my high expectations.

We bought this as an open box item and it's working great. The fridge is asteically pleasing and very nice. No problems so far with this one.

My delivery man sprayed the refrigerator with something that made the stainless steel shine look like it was stained. Trying to get this problem resolved.

I’ve owned the Samsung refrigerator for only a short time. No problem or complaints. The ice maker and wine draw are exceptional features.

I was surprised how spacious this was for a counter depth fridge.

Works well with island kitchen needing counter depth fridge!
