Very happy with this french door refrigerator. Easy to see whats inside, refrigerator drawer is great convenience features. Looks great in the kitchen.

Needed a counter depth unit and this Samsung has worked out great. Really like the middle pull out drawer and the entire unit has a ton of usable space. Very quiet as well.

Great fridge keeps everything cold and to temperature! It’s the perfect size for a family! The only issue is going into the 5th year the ice maker stopped working and made a lot of noise!

Exactly a week before the 2 year anniversary of having this fridge delivered, the ice maker died on us. Looked online and followed all the steps to to trouble shooting and no luck. Called both Best Buy and Samsung and could not fix it either. Will definitely get a different brand when I need to replace it. The distribution of space for the fridge and freezer is great, specially the middle drawer but the service for trouble support is awful!

We are so pleased with this Samsng counter depth refrigerator. It seems so much larger than the one that was in the same space. I love the drawer for meats and cheeses. Also love being able to look in the front of the produce drawers. It's quiet, good looking and easy to clean. The area around the water and ice dispenser is especially easy to keep clean; no water spots. I Love it!!

We are loving our French door refrigerator. The lighting in each compartment makes everything taste better. The freezer features are perfect for both our baby & adult family needs. The deli drawer works for wine, drinks, cheeses & quick access foods without opening the entire refrigerator.

We just received our counter dept refridge without ever seeing it in person. Not many counter dept refridges are on display at stores, so when we received it we were very happy with the look and functionality of it.

We looked at many manufacturers and styles of stainless refrigerators. This model has the split doors above and two pullout drawers -- one for cold storage sand one for the freezer. Moves easily on the rollers provided.

Keeps everything cold, looks good, stainless has remained stainless, flex drawer is useful, and it still works! Had to add that part because I’ve had bad luck with other brands. Small ice capacity, so plan on buying ice if you are entertaining.

Nice frig but for our family it runs out of ice quickly.

We've had this refrigerator for several months now with no problems. It is really heavy and hard to get into your space but once it's there it's a wonderful fridge. It has lots of space it's incredibly quiet in the way the doors open really wide makes accessing the food inside very easy. Frankly, I also think it's just a good looking fridge. I bought good thermometers to put in both the freezer and the refrigerator to monitor the temperature which of course it does digitally on the outside as well. In the cooling is very consistent and even in both the refrigerator and the freezer

Even though this fridge is counter depth, the space is great and the 3rd drawer makes all the difference. Excellent features - especially for the price!

This is a very good refrigerator. The pull out drawer is great for sodas and snacks. You can hear the fridge cooling down after opening doors, it's not very loud, but it's the first time I've ever actually heard a fridge working. It's counter depth, so it is not very deep, but I knew this going in. If you have a large family it won't hold a weeks worth of groceries. The ice and water taste great after being filtered. There were a few drips from the water spout when I used it the first couple glassfuls, but that went away in less than a day. I really like the dividing system for the 4th pull out drawer. I would recommend waiting for a holiday sale before buying, the regular price of around $3500 seems high, should be closer to 2500-3000 on sale.

Love the drawer and the bottom freezer with the upper drawer. Shelves on doors seem to be ample. Makes a slight whirring sound every so often but only hear it if am in kitchen. So far, quite happy with it.

I have always trusted the Samsung brand in the electronic sector. TV’s- Best I have ever owned, Phones- Great, Soundbars/Blu-Ray players- Solid products. I however can’t say the same for their appliance subdivision, specially this refrigerator. I did my research and since I was limited on space, this counter depth fridge was #1 on my list. Wow, did I make a huge mistake. Within the first 2 years of owning this fridge the ice maker broke. After some poor customer service and frustration over the warranty, I have given up trying to fight this battle. Thankfully we have the power of social media and it’s my turn to make the public aware of this flaw. This non-trust worthy company, that admitted to me on the phone that there is a known defect with the ice maker on this unit, has declined to send out a technician to replace the faulty ice maker. The ice thaws and then freezes in the unit, causing no ice to drop in the container. Feel free to google this issue for homemade life hacks to fix the problem and you will find that all you need is a handy “blow dryer” and you can unfreeze the cubes yourself. Great solution!!! Sticking an electric blow dryer around ice/water!! Unless you plan on paying out of pocket, you will be forced to use this method every 3-5 weeks. Hmm….doesn’t sound that bad….. Oh but it is. The kicker to this story is this is happening to a huge percentage of these fridges. So much that a betting man has good odds that a Class Action Lawsuit may be in the future. You would think that Samsung would be concerned, especially since a CAL was just formed relating to a wash/dryer combo around the same year that this fridge was made. Samsung has official lost my business. As a customer, I’m very upset, but as a social media influencer, I’m happy for all the reads that I’m going to receive. Just go with another brand. You will be happy with your decision.

I wasn't sure I would like the extra drawer, now it is my favorite thing about the fridge. It is the perfect height and so easy to use. Wish I had it when kids were younger. Ice and water are easy to use, and of course the lighting is really nice.

I like this Samsung but it is noisey when running. Ice drop is also loud.
