It was delivered in great condition, the clean streamline design was perfect. The ice machine started up with no hick-ups. The size and depth was just what we were looking for. We are extremely happy with this product.

The refrigerator temperature would not move from 32 degrees. Products were freezing. The freezer would not fully freeze, it would only get to about 10 degrees. Had to make a service call and the technician could not visit until 10 days later. Technician had to replace the back panel and temperature sensors. A brand new product wasn't made correctly. Technician said the problems I encountered were often seen in new refrigerators. Unbelievable yet these days the name goes on before the quality goes in.

If you have a big family the size of the freezer is limited and I recommend getting a deep freezer. We had the product for over a year and it’s still working great.

It was simple to set up and has all the typical features of a side by side door refrigerator without it being to technical for ice and water.

Also ice maker Make very small amount of ice cubes . Pretty basic hopefully will work well . Pretty roomy !

Some cons are I wish it had a butter shelf and a cheese/meats drawer but the pros outweigh these. Great fridge and I'd buy it again.
