The only reason it's not a 5 is because I haven't had it that long and so not certain about performance yet. It's a 5 on look and function. If you have adjacent cabinets be aware of the door swing. I needed to have the 24" body pulled out an inch beyond my 24" depth cabinets to avoid the doors hitting adjacent cabinet doors. So, in the end it's 5.5" beyond the cabinets which was a concern I had. My last counter depth was listed as 2 cubic feet larger however this 23 cu. ft. seems to hold more stuff. The family hub is a novelty however, it is nice having my home cameras on it, my pup, and the outdoor temp. Cooks my get more out of it. The first time I'm at the market and forget if I need milk, I may feel more reliant on it. I wanted the largest capacity counter depth and slightly compromised on the counter depth side. In the end, I'm ok with the refrigerator being more promonate than I wanted since it's a clean look.

My husband loves this frig. Functionality is great. Has alot more space. The drink station is so nice. My husband loves to watch his food...lol..

Absolutely love our new Samsung Smart Refrigerator! So happy we decided to get this model! Worth every penny! Everything stays so fresh and cold! We use the beverage door feature and the dual ice sizes not stop!

Exactly what we needed for our kitchen cabinetry and space , it offers plenty of cooling space and freezing space,,, and did I mention it’s a great looking refrigerator ( that’s our opinion ☺️)

I loved my fridge but it comes with a defect Mine came with a scratch I didn't want to complain because I wanted to wait longer because now everyone has to wait months

Love this fridge! So many fun apps on the screen to mess around with & we love that the water dispenser is hidden from the children. Also love the pitcher of purified water at all times when your thirsty ready to go! To many things to list but definitely 5stars!

We are very happy with this refrigerator. It has all the bells and whistles and proves to have more space inside than we originally thought. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because it leaves fingerprints on the black stainless steel and screen. Easy clean but was hoping that it would be a bit more resistant. Other than that, it’s top notch!

What a great sexc Fridge with all the bells and whistles even Samsung thru the kitchen sink in with this lineup model as expected from Samsung... Works great loaded with options.. Paired with Smart Things app really takes it to the next level.... I am very satisfied.. From the delivery to installation....

This would be a five-star review, but there is an issue with the autofill water pitcher and the ice maker. First, the ice maker. It works great, but if you happen to get ice while it is ready to make more, it will just dump it out inside the freezer and on to your floor. A simple sensor would have prevented this. The big issue is with the autofill water pitcher. About once a week, it will not automatically fill unless you repeatedly press/bang/yell at the button behind the water pitcher. I have contacted BestBuy since I purchased their extended warranty, but they informed me that the warranty does not actually take effect until after the expiration of Samsung’s warranty and that I would have to contact them directly. After spending 30 minutes trying to explain to the Samsung technician what the problem was, he informed me that I would have to be home and have a facetime chat with a tech who would help me diagnose the issue. I told him that I have several videos of it happening, but since I cannot make it happen on demand, there is no problem for them to fix. Very poor customer service. A simple google search will show you that this problem is widespread.

I am giving this product 4 starts because of the style, the technology, and but this is temporary. I will come back 3-5 years with another one. Samsung has been known to be all glamorous in the beginning but not reliable. Be sure to get the 5 year extended warranty!!! With Best Buy or with them!!! I have had it for a year and the automatic pitcher filler only fills up half way!!! And my family hub needs some firmware or updates. JUST GE TTHE WARRANTY!!! I REPEAT GET THE WARRANTY!!!

Looks great and functions well as specified. The app on the refrigerator is very attractive and provides a lot of functionality. The four door is great and we like the water dispenser inside the refrigerator.

My family and I love it ❤️ Really big fridge , 2 freezers kind of small but definitely worth every penny !!!!

I forgot to do the review, I’m glad I remembered. Mia the Manager was very helpful and understanding. I was initially upset because the refrigerator I purchased was dinged up when it was delivered. She made things right and ordered me a new one, which is what I was supposed to have had. She got it to me quickly, I was impressed. Thanks Mia!

Great refrigerator. Functional interior space. Great when you need to downsize refrigerator size. Having the lower right side as a flex creates more refrigerator space.
