    I bought this exact same model at Best Buy in May of 2016. In 2019, it started to leak an amber-color fluid from the ice / water dispenser area. Online chat with Samsung revealed that it is an internal problem and needs to be diagnosed by a technician. This is, I think, ridiculous as a refrigerator really should last for a long time. The reason why I bought Samsung is that I assumed they are much more reliable than US brands, although they are manufactured in the US. However, it does not seem to be true that they are more reliable. I will update further after I receive the repair bill.

    Beautiful fridge . Very spacious and love all the extra drawers. Unfortunately it was measured wrong on my part and was too big so I had to return. But it was a great fridge.

    I have read many reviews regarding this model and I think that some of the reviewers are off. This is a very quiet running refrigerator, I cannot hear it run over the clocks that we have in the house. I think that the LED lighting is OK, but could be a bit brighter in the fridge section. The ice maker appears to be very fast. I have no complaints about the purchase of this machine... I hope that this lasts longer than I do...

    My new LG fridge, my food either freezed or spoiled. This fridge has great temp. Control for the vegetables, and keeps drinks and milk cold and fresh. My milks still good, 1 week after expiration date. Never happened in my LG

    I love this freezer. I never had a water dispenser or automatic ice maker. This was definitely an upgrade. The only con was that the refrigerator side has too many drawers. I would rather have more shelf space.

    The refrigerator is very nice lots of room and looks nice. The only thing that we were not happy with is the delivery system they use a third-party for delivery in the company is absolutely horrible

    If you buy this refrigerator, make sure you get an extended warrantee. Mine didn't even last a year even though I financed it for 18 months. Great refrigerator for the most part, but the repair people that Samsung sends out have no clue how to diagnose an issue. had the same guy 6 times before they sent out a real tech.
