    Disappointed with the shelving system but it will do. Had a problem with the freezer setting. It would return to -8 degrees after trying to set it at 0. Then all of a sudden it corrected itself to 0 and is still holding.

    the ice maker is slow on this frig. my old and discolored Samsung frig produces ice quickly a d the amount was perfect. now I have guests waiting after three cups. but, everything was great.

    Salesman was very knowledgeable. I was not going to replace with a Samsung as this was the brand of refrigerator that was causing issues in the first place. He explained the difference in the old to the new and for the price was the best deal

    I have had the product for 4 months without any problems. At first I thought that the finish would be hard to maintain but smudges don't show at all. The unit has worked perfectly from day one and the set-up upon delivery was easy and straight forward. Have had zero issues but also took the 3 year warranty just in case.

    My only critical comment is that I think the lights are dim. Perhaps I imagined that when the doors are opened that it would a beacon in the night or in a darkened room. It is adequate. Otherwise, the refrigerator is everything that I wanted.

    I initially bought a fridge similar to this one and it was not available for delivery. I then chose this one and it came with a defective ice maker. Best buy replaced it within a couple days after I called and since then I have no complaints.
