    We've been enjoying this refrigerator. I hadn't had a side-by-side before, but I like it. Definitely cools/freezes items. I like the ability to lock the ice/water flow. Wish the freezer door would close without an extra push.

    The ice maker is slow to come out even slower when choosing crushed ice. I regret that I did not noticed there are not any settings for crisper drawers. But it is a nice fridge for the price. Delivery was quick and the set up was fast.

    This unit replaced a LG model that had compressor issues 3 times in 2 years. Best Buy in conjunction with tree Geek Squad ESP took back the lemon and gave us credit to replace. We chose this Samsung model based on the features and ergonomics that are similar to what we had. So far no issues! We should have went with our gut at the time and gone with Samsung in the first place

    The ice machine chews up the large pieces of ice. The stainless steel is hard to keep clean. There’s lists of room and everything is kept cold.
