    One of the negatives of this product is that the water spout drips water and the drain does not contain the water and therefore, it drips down the front of the appliance causing a constant stain on the front of it.

    I was not going to get another Samsung fridge, after the icemaker and ice buildup issues of my previous one. But The updates made by Samsung were explained to me, and the features that this fridge had (like spill-proof shelves) swayed me over buying a different brand. So far, the fridge is quiet and keeping things cold. What more do you want?

    The refrigerator has been working great. Love the it beep you if you leave the door open for after a minute. The only is wish the ice storage is bigger. Otherwise, very good refrigerator.

    Only had this for a week. Like the LED lights inside. Lots of room. Freezer door shelves tip out, nice touch. Only thing I wish was different so far is the area to catch drips from the water and ice is flat. I'm sure we will be wiping up drips so it doesn't leave a mark. Should be deeper with a rack to set glass on.

    The refrigerator is good, the lights are set in the rear of the refrigerator rather then the top, so when you start to put things inside it gets very dim. asides from that, i find it better then the whirlpool i had prior to it.

    Great refrigerator with lots of storage but take one star off for broken ice maker after 2 years. Bestbuy delivery was great, hauled it up our stairs and removed all the packing materials.

    We bought this as a second fridge and love it. It provides lots of storage and keeps the frozen food good and frozen! The fridge it replaced didn't! I'm not a big fan of side by side but as a backup it's fine.

    Probably not a better one, with same features for the price. I paid more for my last refrigerator and I miss the automatic door close it had and this new one makes a tad more noise but totally happy with it.
