Love this refrigerator. No complaints except its a little dark because light source runs down the back and food can block it. Not a big deal. We are very happy with it.

This is a nice refrigerator. It is quiet, keeps food cold and is well built. The ice maker does a good job. My only complaint is the freezer door open alarm would go off every twenty minutes when it was first delivered. I had to re-align the sensors on top of the door. No problems since.

I have had this refrigerator for 2 months and the ice maker has stopped working. I have ran the trouble shooting steps, still no ice. I contacted samsung to setup a repair request. The next day called repairman to confirm appointment. He told me he would not work on my refrigerator. Called samsung back to schedule another appointment with a different repair company. I hope they will repair my ice maker. POOR QUALITY PRODUCT and TERRIBLE support!

Freezer is awesome!! the Fridge is ok, it doesent keep things as cold as we would like, overall it is a nice fridge and we have gotten many compliments!

Our only concern is water and ice come out very slowly... like the specs otherwise.-- we may contact service just to make sure working as it should be

Had the fridge for about a month now. So far no problems fridge runs quietly. Ice maker is decent and water is cold. Only thing is water dispenser is a little awkward position, spill some water until you get use to it. Freezer light is in the back so gets dark when filled up with food.

We got an incredible deal on this frig, and boy was it timely as our "high end" frig went out (after only 1-1/2 years, purchased elsewhere) thus we needed a back-up right away ! Best Buy always comes through for us. Thank you SO much !

QuAlity product with great ice. Quite and beautiful

Great interior and great exterior, both are very easy to clean. The sides of the refrigerator match front, several models we looked at had stainless fronts and black side, That was not a good look. There is not a thing I do not like about this refrigerator. I would recommend this refrigerator to my friends all already have.

I wanted a ref that will match the appliances in my new house. i was choosing between this and the French door kind but figured this will be more accessible without straining my back. So far no problem with this.Happy new owner.

Works well, even cooling throughout the refrigerator. Ice maker a little noisy as I can hear what sounds like the cube dropping into the bin.

I give 4 stars because I can't leave my cup on the water dispenser. Base is not straight so I have to hold it while pouring the water or ice

This is a g eat frig my only disappointment is you can't adjust the shelves very much you can a little

So glad to have switched back to a side by side style refrigerator in lieu of a French Door style. This is a very quite, efficient unit. Love the ice maker capacity. So far, overall performing very well. Wish the thru the door water dispenser nozzle was positioned a little differently.

For the price, this fridge offers everything you essentially need. For me, it could’ve been $100 less in price

I love everything about the refrigerator except for the clicking sound the handle door to the refrigerator make.

It worked perfectly until the ice machine started making noises then other than that it does its job

The refrigerator does all I want it to do. The only thing that I would like is for the backlighting on the control panel to be a little brighter.
