It’s a good product. Just wish the settings for the refrigerator would go colder. Other than that happy with purchase.

Attractive, well organized in fridge and freezer. Need more lighting at the top because larger items can block the light from the back.

It’s an inexpensive appliance but not sturdy, in fact the first refrigerator delivered had several scratches and dents on it

Love this refrigerator! Great shelf space. It has a quick cool for when I have a lot of this to put in it i.e. after grocery shopping.

It does all the things a fridge should do. Cools well , looks good. My only complaint is the shelves feel cheap.

It was open box display for sale and I saved $600. Perfect size for my family and they delivered free. I am enjoying the new refrigerator.

Lighting on outside makes no sense, can’t see icons in a dark room,so u have to turn light on anyway.. I’ve maker is slow

Ice machine does take a while to dispense ice but is working well so far. Keeping my fingers crossed that it willl last a while.

Despite the mixed reviews, I still purchased this fridge. I have no complaints or regrets. It fits perfectly in my slide in space. I love the touch screen for the ice make and water dispenser. Love all the shelves in the freezer. I would purchase it all over again!!!!

Although I am still trying to understand the setting to maximize its usage, it works perfectly and keep our food fresh and save.

I have six months that bought it. It funtion well . Only had that water filter change .

This beautiful black Samsung side by side was purchased with the stainless steel oven and microwave, and black dishwasher and looks excellent in the kitchen...the finish is almost like a black chrome and seems to resist smudge marks too! very happy!

We purchased the Samsung refrigerator and after 3 days had it replaced. The 1st unit made a lot of noise as described in my first review. The new unit is worse. It makes noise all the time. It pops, vibrates, groans, and has an almost constant buzz or hum. I am replacing it with a KitchenAid which I can only hope is better. The KitchenAid costs another $1200 or so but will hopefully not be annoying. The Samsung is so loud that you cannot have a peaceful moment in our family room. Oftentimes it is noisier than the TV. I would not recommend the Samsung to my worst enemy – I do not hate anyone that much! We have had Samsung phones and currently have four Samsung tablets, two Samsung TVs, and a Samsung washer and dryer. I like Samsung products. But, I hate the Samsung refrigerator. My son has a larger more expensive Samsung refrigerator. After visiting him I notice that his makes the same sounds although not as constantly.

Temperature readings on LED panel do not match with 2 thermometers that I put in both the fridge and freezer. Interior temperature varies, even when the door remains shut for long periods of time. LED lighting is terrible - it's in the back, and not that bright, and when you put your food on the shelves, it blocks what little light there is. All that being said, so far its kept my food from spoiling.....

We got this refrigerator as a second one for our downstairs. It had the room we needed and the water/ice on the door. The installation crew did an excellent job installing it. The fridge is quiet and performs well.

Cools and freezes well, but there are body problems. Door handles are loose - actually rattle when you use them. Door shelves are brittle, already have 3 that are cracked or broken. No kids in the house, just 2 old people who had hoped this would be our last fridge. Of course it was out of warranty when the issues arose.

after a month that my fridge was purchased on May 27 didnt have the ice maker dont work and numerous call to geed squad my fridge still waiting for MR APPLIANCE To call me aand fix my fridge. And to be serious i wont recomend anybody to buy at BEST BUY. The worst experience ever
