    This refrigerator became too noisy after 4 months of use. The noise comes from the compressor. It is not a normal noise as it can be heard from the bedrooms. I will be facing the Samsung warranty service. I was told by technicians not to buy a Samsung brand. Learning the hard way at this point.,

    This refrigerator is 5 months old and is dead. Samsung has made our lives miserable and dragged us through day after day of promises not kept, inept customer service reps and supervisors. They inputted our address and zip from 11 years ago and that alone impeded getting service for at least 2 days. As of today, one week later, the service tech that came yesterday did say that the fridge is non operational but we now have to wait for another service person that works on sealed systems to verify. All of our food has perished. They “might” compensate us ...seriously??? Needless to say, I want a full refund and the opportunity to have refrigeration from another manufacturer.

    Shelves are difficult to change, and at any rate there are few adjustment options. Two options are so close together that it is impossible to put one shelf below the other. Same deal in freezer compartment, where one of the "options" is blocked by the ice maker box. Also, temperatures are not adjustable and do not seem cold enough. It is very poorly designed. I would advise potential purchasers to look elsewhere.
