    It stays cold but the ice maker is pretty crappy and the sensor that tells the fridge that the door is open is broke and it jingles all day long. I have to keep a heavy duty magnet on top so it doesn't happen, but now it thinks the door is always closed so now I have no light inside the freezer.

    Ordered my refrigerator and asked for the last appt. after 3pm and they called at 1130 for delivery. Paid for a water line that didn't need. Now I have to return and get a new delivery because this one is wrong. After the price match was up, found the same at a different retailer for cheaper. Otherwise a good unit.

    Purchased brand new December 7th 2016 and went bonkers November 21st 2018, ruined all Thanksgiving food that I've prep. No more Samsung for me. Big Thank you to Geek Squad Protection for the exchange! You guys rock!!!

    This fridge is poorly designed. (1) THE SHELVES; There is minimum adjustment for three shelves (aprox 1.5 in.) Without removing a shelf, only the top shelf is high enough for a gal. of milk (which is heavy for those of us that are older and have limited movement) and other tall items. (2) THE DRAWERS; Very flimsy and they bind. Also hard to remove and replace when cleaning. (3) THE ICE MAKER; When you turn it off, it comes back on after you get some ice and you have to turn it off again. Thankfully it stops making ice when the container is full. (4) THE TOUCH PAD; You can barely see it during the day and at night you can't see it at all without turning on the lights. Not good for midnight raids. (5) SAMSUNG MODEL # RS25H5111SR

    Great Fridge but having trouble with ice dispenser. The Fridge works great, quite and spacious. My only complaint is that the ice dispenser only dispenses crushed ice and no hole ice cube regardless of the setting you choose.

    Arrived scratched and dented in three places, Installation was rushed, late, and incomplete. Water from refrigerator is not chilled. Poorly designed shelves, where a gallon of milk will only fit in the door. The exterior face is rounded, so larger magnets can't be used.

    I haven’t gotten the good one yet the first one was damaged this second one the door handle it’s lose can’t tighten it cause the screw it’s all the way in already so maybe I’ll call to have them delivered an other one

    Unfortunately, I did not see a floor model before purchasing. This refrigerator is small. Worst of all, you can hear the motor running and I’ve had it for about a month.

    I got my fridge with the protection plan which pretty much cover nothing, the freezer stop making ice after a year, one of the shelves just felt and broke and when I reported it to get it repair they say it’s just cosmetic, so if one of the shelves is broken due the way it was assembled or the quality itself I can have an incomplete fridge and my expensive protection plan is useless, Best Buy makes the claim process so complicated so you would get discouraged of do it, no more protection plans for me. It’s useless.

    Absolute junk, the water dispenser is dispensing warm water even though the reservoir is located in the refrigerator. on a hot day the freezer does not freeze and temp on the freezer needs to be turned up, when the weather cools down the low freezer temps cause the fan to freeze over and stop working causing the freezer to heat up again. all the problems occurred a few days after warranty expired and Samsung wants to charge $150 just to send a tech out to look at it. Samsung...never again

    Very much regret this purchase due to ongoing problems with the ice maker. We originally had issues with the 'chute' clogging with frost but that eventually went away. Now the ice maker won't drop any ice, even after a $280 repair where they replaced the freezer door seal. I've spent a couple of hours on hold waiting to schedule a service call from the Samsung service people. Clearly I didn't do enough homework before this purchase - pretty much all I now see for reviews are negative. There is even a class-action lawsuit about this!
