    I live in Susanville about 90 miles from the closest Best Buy store. We picked up the refrigerator and brought it home. After setting up the frigerator we used the digital display to set the temperature and put our food in the new appliance. In the morning I had a complete mess and liquid draining from the appliance with the food above 60 degrees. I returned the appliance and worked with Micheal at Best buy in Sparks (Near Scheels) who gave me a good deal on another appliance which I am glad to say is working great.

    The product come with bump and scratch paint damage on the first deliverer and similar damage on the second time or exchange too. Still waiting for a good product from Best buy without any cosmetic damage and see what happens.

    Too small, and awkwardly set up. Purchased an extra shelf online and it still didn't help. After numerous issues with the four appliances we purchased from them, returned to Best Buy. We will NEVER deal with them again!

    Color me disappointed. This refrigerator does not match its price. We've had a couple problems with it in the first months of owning it and are now waiting for a Samsung tech to come and repair the ice maker.

    Only reason I gave it one start is bc there isn't a "NO STAR" rating. It buzzes, pops, clicks - you can't lock the setting for the freezer and fridge, so someone using it that doesnt know what they're doing pushes all of the places to get ice and water and ends up changing the settings...because there is NO background light! The customer service for Samsung is the worst. And when I called Best Buy to return this, they said I'm sorry - I was one day past the time limit : ( No do not but Samsung products - I can't wait for this one to break down so I have an excuse to get another fridge!

    Not dispensing any ice, hears the auger run. The ice keeps jamming in the ice bucket, we have to clear the jam several times a day to dispense ice. Really hasn't worked right since purchased in August.... assumed it was just a slower ice dispenser. Ice isn't even in cubes. A waste of our hard earned money. NEVER buy Samsung again. After reading other reviews elsewhere online, the ice maker problem seems to be constant and Samsung not fixing.

    Every drawer and shelf are broke and Geek Squad have been out twice. Now the fridge is freezing up again

    Worst purchase I’ve ever made

    Bought this in June 2019. The ice maker hasn’t worked since before Christmas, despite multiple warranty repair attempts. And today the freezer thawed out and we lost everything. In the middle of a pandemic, ~$400 worth of frozen food we were prepared with is just gone, just like that. And it’s impossible to replace right now. And Samsung is being wildly unhelpful. Turn back now, do not purchase, find a different brand.

    Three ice makers, noisy water and fans, throws ice on the floor. I am sincerely disappointed in Samsung, and will look elsewhere for future appliance purchases.

    3 times now the ice has gotten stuck in the door. The 2nd refrigerator door gets stuck constantly. Not very roomy and not enough shelves in the door.

    Very small ice maker compartment and ice production. Top drawer doesn't open all the way. It only opens half way so you can't reach into it to get the items half way or in the back. There is a delay when you use the ice maker on the door. Even on cubed ice, it comes out 1/2 crushed & 1/2 cubed.

    I bought this fridge 9-23-2019, the freezer stopped working on 8-29-2020. 3 service visits later it was termed not repairable . I asked for a refund and Samsung refused the refund a month later. They left me without a fridge for 71 days. I will never recommend this product to anyone. Its my second Samsung fridge in 10 years.

    Two Dead on Arrival

    Poor quality and workmanship make this refrigerator one to avoid. The first one they delivered was defective. The freezer would not cool and they could not get it to dispense water. They took it back and a week later brought a second refrigerator. This refrigator wouldn’t seal and looked like it had been dropped. We refused delivery and picked a whirlpool that runs perfectly

    I have had this fridge for five months and I have never had so much sad regret in a Samsung product. The ice maker sounds like it struggles to the point of breaking to give ice. Crushed or cubed. The fridge side door does not close properly. I have to push it in to make sure it catches air tight "like it use too" when I first bought it. I am so upset with this purchase and I am still paying for it.

    My review I got the house this product 1pm on Tues and liked it until Thursday when I got up and found it to be non functional and that all was defrosting no ice being made. Called for service. Days later service confirmed not functioning not freezing and would be a week before parts Would be there! I elected to pick a different refrigerator .
