    Not a good quality product!

    We bought this fridge less than 2 years ago and have had to call samsung 3 times with problems related to the ice maker. We did not purchase extended warranty because we really weren't expecting for this product to fail us in less than 2 years. Because it is out of the one year warranty we are responsible for any service, parts and labor cost unless it's a defective part like compressor. My advice to others: do extensive research before you make a purchase and if you have to pay a little more for a well made quality product, do so.

    NO water dispencer and ice is very scarce.

    This is the third refrigerator BEST BUY DELIVERED, THE FIRST ONE THE SAME THING. THE NEXT ONE THE DISPLAY WAS OFF AND THEY ACTUALLY ASKED IF I WOULD ACCEPT IT AND LET GEEK SQUAD COME AND FIX IT. NOW I HAVE THE THIRD ONE STILL NO WATER DISPENCING , AND THE DELIVERY GUY HAD NERVE ENOUGH TO SAY THAT IT IS THEPLUMBING SET UP THAT A PROFESSIONAL PLUMBER INSTALLED THE LINE FOR MY FIRST SIDE BY SIDE IN EARLY 2003. HAD ANOTHER ONE SINCE. THE COMPRESSOR WENT OUT ON THE GE , THATS WHY I GOT THIS ONE. INSTEAD OF BEST BUY INVESTIGATING THE PROBLEM THEY HAVE SOME HALF HEARTED INSTRUCITON LIKE THE WATER. AFTER LOOKING ONLINE I FOUND OUT OTHER PEOPLE HAD THE SAME ISSUE WITH THE WATER NOT DISPENCING.

    We have had nothing but problems with our Samsung refrigerator. Ice formed in the refrigerator and it had to be repaired. Not covered under warranty. Apparently this is a huge problem with Samsung according to the repair man. It has happened twice now in less than three years. Samsung should stick to phones and TVs - their refrigerators are terrible.

    Bought this one at January. It broken in two months. Samsung's two group of technicians could not fix. Unbelievable!

    My refrigerator quit working after about 18 months. I called Samsung customer service and set up a service call. The time came and went. No show on technician. Called Samsung and found out the warranty had expired so they cancelled the service call. They never called to let us know. I gave them two phone numbers to call and no call on either phone. I ended up fixing a factory defect on the evaporator fan myself. Thank you Youtube.

    This refrigerator has stopped cooling due to the coils freezing over and thus freezing the fan. We have had this happen 2-3 times since the refrigerator went out of warranty. Samsung customer service is no help. When you spend $1000 on something it should last more than 2 years. I would not recommend a Samsung refrigerator to anyone.

    My Frig is a leaking lemon

    This frig leaks water onto the floor. Samsung repaired it 3 times while it was under warranty. It started leaking again and the warranty is now over. I looked into this and there was a class action lawsuit against samsung for this problem and they still haven't fixed the problem. I am very dissapointed in Bestbuy, will not shop here again.

    worst fridge i have ever purchased at 2 year mark we have found ourselves with a 300 pound piece of scrap meta.worth 24 dollars no service to our area no one within a 100 mile radius will work on these products, yes they guarantee their closed refrigeration systems MAYBE to be determined by the tec. we will have to pay for a 2 hour travel time for a service call .customer service full of double talk and tried to sell me a service warranty

    Worst refrigerator ever. 2 months after this fridge was delivered the compressor and dryer needed to be replaced. The fridge and freezer side both dead. 6 months later and the compressor is leaking and broken again. Samsung is replacing the entire unit for us because it is now unrepairable.

    Poorly Designed with Lots of Problems

    Our Samsung refrigerator has been a big disappointment. It is poorly designed and if you search on the web you will find it has a lot of problems. The Ice and Water selector lights are difficult to read. The ice maker stops working and has to be reset. The coils ice up and have to be defrosted. The fan makes noises.

    Ice Dispenser Terrible

    We bought is refrigerator 3 months ago. I was very excited to finally get a new fridge. At this time, I feel as though my old one was better. The ice maker hardly makes any ice, we are a family of 5 today only had enough ice for 2 of the kids drinks. I am very disappointed.

    Stopped Cooling After Less Than 2 Years

    The refrigerator side stopped functioning completely and Samsung refuses to repair it under warranty. Repair company says they only need to replace two small parts, but wants hundreds to fix it. This is not designed to last.

    I got this refrigerator in March and within a month there was a ice maker issue. Samsung has refused to replace this fridge. guess the warranty is only on paper.

    Samsung makes garbage refrigerators
