The ice maker on this refrigerator jams with ice after every use. The size and shape of the ice pieces cause them to get stuck in the teeth of the dispenser. Very frustrating to the point of intolerable. One of the door handles loosened at the bottom, where there is no accessible screw to tighten. All this happened within the first 11 days! There were some features I liked, such as pull-out shelves in the refrigerator side, but the negatives caused me to return it.

In March noticed nothing was staying cold in fridge or freezer. Called customer service and talked to a great Tech guy who tried to help since no service calls where happening. Got it working for a bit and had to do again 2 months later. Now fridge isn't working but freezer is. Very sad appliances that are pricey don't last long.

the product was a dud, the services were slow. took a long time to reach agents. John the manager was the only one that help me out.

Thought it was a nice look nice size but just after a month I had to have it serviced and two part replacements due to my freezer over freezing.

I hate the design of this refrigerator. It’s hard to find items. We went from a French door to this. Never again.

This fridge has been an absolute nightmare! First one delivered didn’t work so we exchanged if for the same one and that one only lasted 2 days before it stopped working! Returned and got a different fridge and brand! This fridge should not be sold! Buyer beware!

I purchased this model and it has not made proper cubed ice since it was delivered. I get VERY little ice and when it comes out it is a slushy mess with a few cubes that solidify instantly into one glass shaped concrete ice glob. I cannot even get a metal straw into the glass. It’s a solid hunk. I’ve cycled the freezer ice through dozens of times and it is always the same. Another con is that it leaks water from the dispenser and overflows the catch all until it drips down onto my floor. Unacceptable. Samsung should stick to electronics and TV’s. The design of the fridge is very nice and roomy and the black stainless is gorgeous. No fingerprints. I like ice and for that point, I’m out.

Water from the dispenser tasted like chemicals. Followed instructions to dispense and discard several gallons. Still tatsted bad. Called the store and after many awkward attempts to resolve. Finally went to the store and spoke to the manager. Store then came to pick up the fridge and deliver a new one. Finally water tasted good.

It has a history of making a loud noise; like a lawn mower. It was serviced about a year ago for this issue. Currently it had the same problem. The fridge is also leaky.

Good price range with nice appearance. Drawback so far: - not enough shelves/drawers - inaccurate water dispenser / water dispenser tube too short?

The fridge looked good and had plenty of space, but both doors squeaked like a squeaky toy when I would open or close the doors. Best Buy took care of it by switching the fridge for me, since the issue occurred within 15 days of delivery. Also, the bottom cover of the fridge vents don't cover over the edges very well. Even though it was installed correctly, it looked like the cover was not doing its job of protecting the sides of the bottom vents.

very large refrigerator with limited space i would of went with something else but the price was fair.

Installers seemed to know their stuff. Had to come out a second to time, however, since unit was making a whining sound still is making sound.

The fridge is stainless steel and is supposed to lessen fingermarks, which it does NOT do - it's miserable to try and keep the doors clean. The freezer doesn't hold a lot, and the bottom is ugly because the wires show at the corners, which the Best Buy installers must have seen, but I didn't until later...I regret not checking the reviews - do it so you will be happier with your choice of a new fridge than I am with mine.

Love my new kitchen set.I like how it looks in my house.Have not cooked on the stove yet but it is coming soon.

After 4 years it’s not cooling good at all and the ice maker messes up

Still do not know how to adjust the temperature but the fridge is working fine.

This refrigerator is pretty loud when the compressor kicks on. It is also loud when it makes ice. We had it delivered and it was supposed to be installed and they didn’t install it and they forgot the plastic guard on the bottom. I called to get the guard and I have yet to see it. Other than that is it cosmetically pleasing and plenty of space.

product supposed to be fingerprint resistant but I can see every smudge every time I touched this product.
