The freezer and ice maker on this refrigerator is not working properly.

I got this cause I thought it was easier to maintain but not. When they delivered they took one door off and it was never the same they left it uneven and when I realized hours later nobody wanted to be responsible for it so Best Buy or the delivery company left me with an uneven doors plus scratched on the front

I’ve had a lot of issues when I first bought 4 months into having it the freezer was no longer working and Samsung was contacted and I was told it’s warranty was out 2yrs ago even though I had just bought it they still replaced the parts cost free it took about 2 weeks now oct20.2021 roughly a year the fridge isn’t getting any power at all so I have to throw away my food again although Samsung is my go to in everything and there customer service is great I’m very unsatisfied with the fridge I’m not sure if they came out defective but I’ve had the fridge I replaced for 15+ years and still going strong never had any issues

The ice maker does not make cubed ice I would not buy another on

We purchased this fridge after being told that it was smudge proof. Of course it is not! I give it one star because it is roomy inside but the overall quality of it is crap!

The power cord was ripped off. Exchanged for a different refrigerator.

Food & water in the fridge kept freezing. Even my coffee creamer and milk was frozen. Even after setting temp to least cold, beverages & food would still freeze. I had some cans of V-8 in the door of the fridge--they were frozen solid after 1 day. It was like the entire fridge was a freezer. Only upside was Best Buy's customer service!

Product was damaged both times, first refrigerator stop working in three days, second order door made loud noises when you open and close. Return both. On a good note inside look amazing

The door is not lined up straight and so I had to exchange it.

I bought SamSung refrigerator (not side by side) older model in ~2015 and they are working OK. So, I bought the Samsung side by side fridge in September 2019 for rental property base on the past experience. It was a couple days after they delivered and installed, the ice maker was not working properly; it took too long to make ice, the ice get stuck and when it came out, it splashed all over the place. I returned the fridage and bought some other branch.

I’ve had this fridge for two months. The first couple days it went normally. Now every single thing in the refrigerator side is frozen solid!! I’ve called Samsung, I’ve called everyone. They tell me to reset it. I’ve done that 10 times. I’m constantly throwing away food because it freezes after a day or so. I can’t seem to get any help at all. I wish I would have never bought this refrigerator. I also have all the settings turned down as low as they will go. So it’s not a fault of my own.

So the reason I gave this fridge only 2 stars instead of 5 is because it was delivered with dents on the side. We’ve tried calling and emailing Best Buy but no one gets back with us about it. Other than that it’s a great fridge.

Great product for now. Still waiting to see if I like it

Samsung products have become very bad quality. The fridge door handle is already coming apart while in warranty. Same issue with other products like washing machines and cooking range. Will not buy Samsung again.

Extended BB warranty a must with Samsung appliances

I would buy it again .. is a good product I love this
