The fridge worked well for the first year and performed poorly for the next year. Samsung could not find a service provider to fix the fridge.

When they installed it, it started making a weird noise, they came and fixed it but I continue with the noise, it doesn't seem the same, but it still does.

Junk right out of the box. Ice maker doesn't work and had to call Samsung to make warranty claim. Now I have to set aside more time to be home when the service company comes out to fix it. I can't believe I trusted Samsung junk again after so many of their products have been complete disappointments. I'm done with this company and their substandard equipment.

The ice bucket in freezer takes up a lot of room. Also, the filter that comes with for the water is horrible. It is not a good quality and when we tested the water, it was not good. We wont use the filtered water

I have the refrigerator on the lowest setting and it is freezing everything I put into it. Have contacted geek squad and they have sent someone out to fix the issue, hopefully it works now.

Was delivered and has never cooled!! Worst customer service I have ever received. Actually did not receive any customer service fro Best Buy.

I had to have my new Samsung replaced twice in 30 days. First it would not give water in the door, but made ice. Then the ice maker totally broke. I have replaced it with another brand. This is the 3rd and last fridge I hope I have to buy.

Terrible technical help. I purchased a floor model which unbeknownst to me was put into demo mode and when I picked it up at the store they did not reset it. I called for technical support geek squad which was no help and they sent me to Samsung. Samsung tech support was even worse. After five hours texting back and forth i gave up. Considering just returning it. Frustrated I asked a friend who used to work at Sears and he suggested it was stuck in demo mode. Once diagnosed I found the fix on line quickly.

I like this refrigerator but it dents really easily and as far as being fingerprint resistant it's the worst ever. Every little thing that touches it makes it dirty.

Horrible! Extremely loud and the ice maker starting leaking after a year. Keep finding plastic in our ice. Ice maker completely quit working after a year. Top shelf in the door always falls down even though we barely have anything in it. Drawers dont slide well, and there is no small drawer for cheese and lunch meat. No lighting on the control panel.Such a waste of money! Complete garbage!

The lights for the fridge buttons stay dimmed and are difficult to read. At night when we go to the fridge for water or ice the buttons are difficult to read. Also, in the middle of the day when trying to get water or ice the glare makes almost impossible to read the buttons on the fridge.

It’s loud when the water and ice turn on. The doors don’t sit evenly. When we had it installed. The installer stripped a part.

Not to impressed honestly, very basic with no convenience. No deli drawer and not even a light on the water dispenser still haven’t been able to receive replacement part that is scratched

Broke down after two years. The geek squad protrction plan does help and he did fix the motor and now another problem has arised.

The product comes with no water bucket that holds the water while you are filling the bottles(dripped water while taking the bottle off the water tap). Completely ruined my wooden floor . Think twice while buying this product After the purchase bestbuy will not help you in fixing any of the defective items. As my fridge is dripping water from inside after 6 months.

The fridge did not work right when delivered. Service had to replace all the electronic panel components. Took 3 weeks all in all. Now seems to work ok. Luckily no dings in the unit though!

The fridge came with a big dent in the bottom which was not there when I reserved it at the store. Store is giving hard time. What a shame!!!!

The refrigerator is making sounds that it should not be making. This refrigerator is too new to be making sounds.

We thought the one light would be sufficient to light up the entire fridge- but NO. If a container blocks the ONE light, it is too dark! Also, another drawer is needed.

I did not care for this refrigerator at all had major problems regulating the temperature at it lost a lot of food
