I believe since it's only less than 60 days they should replace the whole fridge and bring a new one.

The ice deal doesn't close have the time because it will get clogged. It will then spit out ice and the freezer starts to defrost. We have had this fridge for 6 months and we are already getting a different one. The fridge will freeze up and it's not even on the half way point for temperature. Avoid this fridge.

Yes they’re going to come fix it but after a little over a year of use already having issues. Not to mention the wait time to get it fixed! Over 2 weeks. That’s going to be a no from me dawg! The store was great at sending me a new one rather than wait for a repair service. Then the same thing happened with the second refrigerator. I even asked the delivery men if I did something wrong but I didn't. I had them deliver a different brand and it works fine.

It took 3 times , 3 separate deliveries to finally get my fridge in perfect condition , every tome the fridge was damaged from them bringing It up and then they damaged all the walls in the hallway getting it up to my apartment ! So glad I got Geek Squad within a year the mother board went out and I lost hundreds of dollars in produce and had to wait weeks to have it fixed, almost a month. Now a year later the refrigerator has broken AGAIN. So glad I got the warranty or I’d be SOL ... SAMSUNG DO BETTER!!!

Horrible experience

No wonder it's discontinued.
