I like the appearance of the refrigerator, but I was bummed to discover it doesn't have a light on the ice/water dispenser and there is no smaller drawer in the fridge where I would normally store lunch meat and cheese. Other than that it is a fairly nice appliance.

The whole design of fridge is excellent, from the glass shelves in both the fridge side and the freezer side (which is hard to find) to energy efficiency and the lighting and the chime when my kids stand with doors open for too long (and still can't find anything they want) but..... the finger prints drive me nuts, I can't deal.

This refrigerator stopped keeping cold almost 1 year to the date. It also statted making an extremely loud vibrating noise. I have contacted both Best Buy's Geek Squad since I purchased a 3 year protection plan from them, they referred me to Samsung since it was still under manufacturer warranty. And it has been 2 weeks of back and forth frustration and nobody has fixed or replaced our refrigerator yet. 2 weeks without a working fridge during a pandemic. What a nightmare.

Overall a great refrigerator. My only complaint is the refrigerator side doesn't keep things as cold as I would like it to. Think if I have it turned up all the way it should practically freeze. Other than that its a great refrigerator. Very spacious and u cannot beat the crushed ice. Water isn't very cold either

Ok refrigerator for the price .This refrigerator is on the darker side of black stainless steel. Only 3 stars because some of the black stainless steel began to chip away shortly after purchase.

We are very happy with the purchase. It is very spacious and the food is very easy to find.

Have only had since 7/27 so a couple weeks. Had major problems with the original one (exact same). Had for 5 months and 4 times had issues. Water somehow was freezing on bottom inside freezer. Also 1st call out they had to replace a part because freezer stopped cooling.

LOVE THIS FRIDGE! I have wanted a refrigerator like this for as long as I can remember!! I love having ice in my cup without having to open a door. And I am a Samsung girl. the stainless is very easy to keep clean.

So far so good,. Cannot complaint. Quiet, good looking and delivers.

I got this fridge yesterday, I didn't notice the small dings on the front of the door at the time. BUT I SEE THEM NOW. Additionally the refrigerator section is not cooling. Temperature in the fridge is 48 degrees, I've had this fridge for 1 day. I select coolest temp for the fridge, after an hour at so it reverts to one of the warmer settings. I've been on the phone with Samsung and they had me "reset" the computer but the problem still exists. I've called best buy support and the hold time is more than 1/2 hour but the still don't pick up. Great way to spend $1200, I'm going to call my CC company, file a claim and leave this piece of junk on the sidewalk.

It works great, I wish I had a little more room. I got a very good price on this refrigerator, and it does everything I wished For it to do, with the exception that I wish it had either a little more room or an easier way to organize all my bottles
