Ordered online for a bundle price. The product itself was good but was the wrong size for the space. Customer service was awful because I “purchased online”

Best Buy had this fridge for a competitive price, and more importantly, was able to deliver faster than even the big box and home improvement stores could muster. Better than that, the freezer has a pizza compartment. Great looks, perfect form factor, and convenient in-door water.

It has all the bells and whistles and even though it's a side by side Samsung has thought to put a pizza compartment in the freezer!

The delivery, installation and the product could not have been better. I've never ordered from Best Buy before this year but I will be a repeat customer. As I will also be of Samsung appliances. This refrigerator has all the size I need along with all the modern specs. I love this item.

The black stainless look is gorgeous and easy to take care of. The only complaint I have about this fridge is that there's only 2 drawers for storage. BUT, because there isn't the extra drawer, we have a shelf perfect for storing pizza boxes when we order. So... it's a decent trade off.

The fridge is great the only thing I don't like is when it was being put together the plastic is still sticking out where they didn't take it all off first and you can see it around the fridge. Other than that it's awesome

Bought it as an open box buy. It could use a light when getting water/ice but other than that its a rrally good product for the price we paid.

The only thing we thought was wrong with this model is that the push button to change the water to ice was confusing. Its below the light and image we tg hought you had to push on or around the buttons but its actually 1 button you push and it rotates between all the options

I got this refrigerator in exchange for a Whirpool I had bought few days ago. It delivers ice and cold water all the time and keep the products very fresh. The most important thing is that it is almost noiseless, compared to the Whirpool one which made a lot of noise.

Looks great and runs perfectly. Lots of great features for the price. Face is fingerprint proof, stays shiny and fits in with most appliances. Could use a second set of LED lights in the frig.

So far it’s been okay, only flaws so far is the compartment for the vegetables broke and sometimes the water will stop working.

This fridge has a lot of compartments and space. Love the touch water/ice dispenser. Did have problems with ice maker, but had warrantee wich got resolved right away. No problems since then.

Solid refrigerator and well done for the money. I've purchased high end Electrolux refrigerators in the past and bought this one for my rec room. Much better quality than the Electrolux. No frills, it just works.

All went well. Good installers. Took awhile to get correct temperatures in the freezer part and fridge part. Inside layout works well for me. Nice color at white. Stays clean.

This is a wonderful value for the price. And it saves money on the power bill, in comparison with the old GE Monogram I used to own. My only complaint is that there is no exterior light on the ice/water dispenser. That’s a very minor annoyance.

My washer and dryer was the best purchase I made this year. I'm extremely pleased with combo. After checking online and visiting several stores no company could beat the offer is received at Best Buy. I'm looking forward to purchasing other items for my home I recently moved into.

My only complaint would have to be that it is a little loud when filling up the ice maker. It makes kind of an odd sound

The fridge looks nice, except for the bottom. the bottom cover doesn't fit properly, and as you can see by the pics if you look (which I didn't) the left and right hinges (black) are clearly visible and the contrast to the all white fridge looks terrible. It cools just fine, but it does not stay on the coldest temperature (haven't reviewed manual yet to see if it's a flaw), it resets to medium every time. I have it set to 1 below max and it stays there. Overall, I'm satisfied so far outside the bottom cover.

We like the Samsung refrigerator. The only thing in my opinion really missing is a water tray at the dispenser. When you get water it sometimes lets out another drip that just sits there or runs down the front.

We bought the refrigerator and when it was delivered it was damaged. We called Best Buy and it took them for ever to replace it. We are very happy with the product. It is a little noise when dumping ice.
