It is a step down from my old French doo, bottom refrigerator, but I am surprisingly happier with this fridge. It is easier for my kids to reach what they want.

Overall is a good fridge, I feel the quality of the stainless steel leaves much to be desired, it gets dirty with nothing, a drop of water and it’s hard to clean

I bought this refrigerator in April 2018 and I have had to make 2 service calls on it, luckily I got the service plan. The first issue was the fridge stopped getting cold. There was ice building up in the back of the freezer behind the ice maker so a whole block of ice built up on inside the freezer behind the wall. Got that fixed.. a couple months later I start seeing water on the floor under the freezer. I wipe it up and its back a couple of days later. i finally called in for a service tech to come out, the rep asked me right away is there a block of ice under the drawer, and there was i never noticed it. From the other reviews i see this is a common thing with this fridge. I would think Samsung would try to do something to fix it. I'm so glad i got the service plan or I would be out a lot of money trying fix my brand new fridge.

Great looks and love the led lighting. Only downfalls are no lights on the door dispenser or buttons to see in the dark and the water dispenser for the ice maker is rather noisy

it is great the only thing is that the hice dispenser lever it was broken I need a replacement for it, one mote thing who purchased the fridge was Liliana Gabriel, Hector wad who picked it up only

It was discounted due to some minor exterior damage but the functionality is great. It's the right size and design and has plenty of freezer space. It meets our needs perfectly.

I absolutely love this refrigerator! It would have 5 stars if the water/ice dispenser had a light for nightime use. Other than that, great Product.

I’m glad I went to Best Buy and purchased a brand new samsung Refrigerator. It is much better then buying a used one and having continuous problems, I love the ability to have ice and water despenced from it. Thank you

Perfect for a fridge that has the basics like water and ice maker. One thing I would change is that the water is somewhat warm compared to other fridges.

I originally owned another brand that was horrible, and after having it serviced several times within a year I knew it needed a change. Samsung was my choice and in happy with my choice!

I love the ability to adjust shelving and the amount of space on doors. However I didn’t like the idea that the filter for water lasted only 3 months

The refrigerator looks amazing!!! We got it in the beginning of June and I wanted to have a decent amount of time before reviewing. There is plenty of space... especially for the price. Downfalls are; No light in the water/ice maker area-making it entirely messy if you're trying to navigate water and ice in the dark, The water-even on the highest/coldest setting-isn't cold, and...There is no easy access to the ice-without having to remove the entire compartment. Other than that... the fridge works great.

Keeps beer really cold and has a power freeze option to help when you have warm beer

Before we bought our Samsung refrigerator, we read a number of online reviews, checked Consumer Reports (The same guys who told us to buy the Samsung Washer that blows up during the spin cycle), and other sources. We were misled by the positive reviews. While the Samsung is OK, our old Whirlpool was much better. And Best Buy's delivery and installation was absolutely terrible.

This Samsung refrigerator is right at home in our kitchen. All the food is easy to see and that saves time when you want to prepare your meals. It helps when you are preparing the grocery list too !

Overall good fridge. Wish the water and ice setting where better. Kind of hard to see. Shelves not very strong do not but heavy items will fall.

I'm not happy about as I did not notice it didn't have a meat drawer. I really love having an individual drawer for meat. Really cleans up nice very happy

Its good refrigerator for the price, water dispenser was leaking at first but somehow it has stopped. But overall i’m very happy with it

Nice size refrigerator. The color of the fridge is nice if you're into dark appliances. It performs well overall.

Works as expected. Don’t care for the side by side now that we have it. Ice comes out too strong, almost always leading to a spill.
