This fridge is the best I ever had. The feature on the door is just incredible. You can get the items there without exposing the others. And the door closing/opoening mechanism for the compartment works flawlessly.

This is my second Samsung fridge in 14 years the new model i just purchased has met my growing family needs with all new designs of the shelve space love the black stainless finish really brought a modern look to our kitchen

I really like the finish on the frig. Its something different then the regulars stainless steel finish. The only thing is the scratches are more visible.

I think this is a BIG plus when comparing which refrigerator brand will be your best buy. It's cost was within range of the other brands so why not choose Samsung over the others?

Not exactly what I wanted. Water dispenser doesn't have a light. Ice maker continues to run when full

It's an overall good fridge. However, you need to hold the cup under the water dispenser for a few seconds after dispensing due to some delayed drops.

Have never had a side by side. This one has quite a bit of room in the fridge as well as the freezer. I like that it has ice maker/ water on the door as well

It's a very nice fridge, but there are a few design and quality issues; the fridge door storage trays are not very secure and 2 of them tend to fall off if they are full of items... When the ice maker fills with water, it is very noisy, but my biggest complaint is that there is no light for the water and ice dispenser, so it's difficult to see at night unless you turn on a kitchen light... I solved that problem by installing a small stick on motion detector LED

We like the refrigerator but I do not like how the water dispenser shoot the water out at an angle towards the back. It makes it hard to fill most water bottles.

Great looking finish , lots of food storage, not noisy, freezer has plenty of room, ice and water dispenser works great

This refer is extremely efficient and holds a lot of food. The only thing is I wish the top butter dish could be placed at a lower level and an additional shelf placed above. Another glass shelf option wold be nice

Enjoying the new refrigerator. Just wish it had a drawer for small items and water would come out faster. Other than that it runs quiet and works very well.

Pros: Was easy to install, looks sleek, gets cold right away and has a lot of room inside. Cons: had to go through 6 gallons of water for filtered water. Stainless steel leaves lots of finterprints.

We purchased this refrigerator as an out-of-the-box purchase. We got a great deal on it and it is doing its job perfectly! I love the lights inside and the touchpad for the ice and water dispenser works well.

It was a nice refrigerator but I could not use it because it was to big for my space so they had to take it back and they sent me another refrigerator out a little smaller in the spot looking good

Love all of the temperature control options. Love my ice and water in the door. Plenty of room. Kind a hard to keep clean on the outside. Smudges show more than they were told that they would.

Very happy with product. It takes some getting used to changing from ice to water for the dispenser on door but that's just me. Other than that very happy.

I bought a used open box fridge and was delivered a brand new fridge! Best Buy damaged the open boxed tv and stepped it up with giving me a brand new one! Awesome people

I like it very happy. It does what it’s suppose to do which keep food cool. Freezer freezes good. All the little things like a little light is irrelevant. Happy with it!
