I have bought several Samsung products and they are always what I was looking for and the quality exceptional! This product has been everything I thought it would be!

I am absolutely in love with my Samsung refrigerator! Sleek appearance and blends well with other appliances in the line. Not smudge proof, but easily cleaned with stainless cleaners. Very happy with this purchase.

The staff was very friendly and helpee to move the delivery and installation date two days earlier. The fridge itself looks great, and has been working well so far. very satisfying purchase.

I like the fridge we bought, good usage of space , no issues other than the touch button not very sensitive to touch for altering cooling levels.

Love this fridge! has many features, fast freeze and cooling, I have lowered the setting for the freezer and fridge from 4 down to 2 and it still keeps fridge cool and freezer freezing gr8! Love it!

An awesome refrigerator ... looks great and fits perfectly in my kitchen ... only thing I would suggest is a light in he ice/water area to use during the evening

It is an ok refrigerator. But would have preffered one that has a light on the ice and water dispenser.

Definately satisfied with this upgrade addition to our home. The only small issue that i found was that this refrigerator doesnt include a water drip tray for the water dispenser.

Good Fridge but it's hard to clean and has no light where the ice and water comes out.

I didn’t realize that it didn’t come with a drawer for lunch meats, like my much older refrigerator. I incorporated a basket for this. Very energy efficient. Filter easily accessible.

I purchased this refridgerator in April It was delivered on April 18 2019 In September i noticed loud noises from the fridge. I called it in for warranty but Samsung said the fridge was older and out of warranty? Whitout the receipt Samsung could not extend warranty When i went to my Best buy account the only info i could pull up was that the fridge was delivered on Sep 18 2019. I sent that to Samsung but they need the receipt. Best buy told me, that since it was an online purchase they would not be able to print me a purchase receipt? My Amex shows my purchase at Best buy but does not have the model# on there. Therefore Samsung did not accept the Amex info as a receipt. Can someone please advise? Thanks

I bought this for my second refrigerator for storage frozen food and fridge. Work well and look nice.

This fridge has been great. The only drawback is the ice maker for this model takes up some space in the freezer. They do have an upgrade for the ice maker in the door for a price. Really good overall though.

Good value priced fairly ,in stock. When I picked it up it was wrapped up nice and neat loading went awesome. I will always check out appliances ther!

Needed to get a fridge that fit small proportions and for the price this was the best. No problems with the product thus far

This is my first side by side and stainless steel refrigerator. Unfortunately I don't think it holds as much as my old standard refrigerator/freezer and I have yet to see the non fingerprint feature as well. I do however love the ice (cubed or crushed) and water dispenser. Although it looks big on the outside I really don't feel like it has as large food capacity as a standard refrigerator.

First time buying a Samsung appliance. Had an issue with the freezer door seal but Samsung took care of it.

I just bought this when moving into my house and after a couple of months I have no complaints. The only thing that would be nicer would be a water/ice trap to keep the floor dry

the Samsung refrigerator was a gift for my mother cools very well; beautiful design. Also easy to adjust doors overall she loves it.

Love the refrigerator! Side by side great, not happy with the delivery dept and mgr did nothing about it. He could have cared less!
