Ice maker needs improvement

After I clear the ice it takes about a day to start making anything again

But the refrigerator makes an extremely loud buzzing sound at times. I researched online and basically the noise will go away, it's a common issue, but I paid extra money for something nice, it shouldn't do that at all.
