Broke completely within 9 months
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This refrigerator broke completely within nine months, and the company has been ridiculously unresponsive to attempts to make them honor the warranty. A poor quality product from a company with unbelievably bad customer service. Would not recommend unless you are prepared to spend (nearly, so far) a month without a refrigerator, as we have.

Dents on the doors
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We have owned our Samsung Fridge for less then a year. The wear and tear of this fridge is horrible. We have had to have the ice maker replaced and they were prompt about replacing it. The doors on this fridge dent easily and when we asked Samsung about it they would not do a thing. I would never buy another Samsung appliance again.

Expectations not met for Samsung

In addition to negatives listed in what's not so great, we found that it takes maximum cooling setting on chill side to achieve safe temperature. One setting under maximum for chill side resulted in temperature 42 - 43 degrees. Maximum setting got temp to 39-40 degrees overnight. Do not be impressed with how good the lighting appears in a store. Once food is in the top racks for both sides, the bottom shelves become very dark. Also, unit does not come with deli/meat tray, as shown in the pictures.

Samsung refrigerators are garbage

Samsung says it's not covered under their 5 year warranty. I wish I had bought whirlpool. I let the best buy rep talk me into this piece of junk. Don't waste your money
