This seems like a solid unit but it is missing a meat drawer in the fridge section. Our much older unit had one of these. We are having to use one of the fruit/veg drawers for this purpose.

I think the side by side makes it a little cramped to keep things like pizza, cakes, etc and a freezer on the bottom would have been a better choice. Otherwise looks good and works great

Perfect size for my kitchen. Had it for couple weeks. Works quietly. Didn’t by extra warranty, hopefully I can use it longer time than previous one.

So far we really like this refrigerator. It is quite and looks great. The ice maker keeps up with our household using ice all day.

We installed this refrigerator into a rental house so I have not used it on a daily basis. One issue that we were not aware of when we purchased the refrigerator is that there is not a light where the ice water is dispensed. I suppose one might overflow their glass if they are not watching carefully. Our home refrigerator has a light so at night we can easily see the water level.

My new fridge is wonderful. There’s plenty of space for everything I need and more. I I love the black stainless steel. No finger prints!!

I love all the space in the fridge and freezer. The only complaint that I have is that the fridge doesn't have a light on the water dispenser.

I love this refrigerator. Only a few very small complaints. The buttons to select ice and water on the front are not the easiest to press. It is also very hard to locate the buttons in the dark. There is also no light where the water and ice gets dispensed so it makes it hard to use at night when you get up for some water. Other than that, everything about this fridge is great. Always has ice. Great fridge.

Great fridge, no issues there. Fits perfectly in my kitchen, very quiet and the smudge free finish is true to its name. Sale process great but upon delivery it was scratched after being forced through an doorway. It was specified that the doors needed to come off but the delivery staff did not do it. Replacement fridge was delivered, and it was scratched as well already coming from the warehouse. Warehouse team insisted for me to take a $75 gift card to fix the problem , I just wanted what I paid for. Now after 2nd delivery it's the customer who must do all the walking. I had to go to the store and request a new fridge. There the sales person that took care of me initiated the request for a replacement unit. The appliance manager authorized a 10% discount on this unit and made the necessary notations on the delivery order. The last delivery went flawlessly. I never had an issue with BBuy before and I expect the relationship to continue but some changes must be made in order to avoid all this hassle as my wife had to take two days off to be at the house for the first two deliveries, I had to do all the footwork on the third fridge when this needs to be automatic as this is not customer's fault.

Even at low cold settings keeps my food fresh.. Love the Ice maker and the water dipencer. Great product considering the price I Paid for it.

Just got this about a month ago and so far we are pleased. Seems as large as our prior fridge that actually had 1.8 more cf. Only thing I don't care for is that you have to hit a button to change from ice to water...I would have preferred 2 separate buttons that control each. On the plus side, the ice maker is quite large when compared to the in door makers...we have yet to run out.

I am absolutely happy about with this purchase. This fridge has plenty of room for food to feed a family of 5 easily unless you like to meal prep and everyone in the house just happens to be a bodybuilder or something. This is a great choice, can’t go wrong with this purchase. Water is always clean and has ice of course. Ice can also be crushed when dispensed. Great fridge for starter homes and starter families. At the end of the day I can only speak for my fridge, it is perfect.

We love this fridge, the only issue I have is the delay between pushing the lever and ice dispensing. Otherwise, this fridge is great! Gets super cold and great value.

The fridge is a little loud when it is sitting idle but its big and is only 33 inches wide. The 3rd party Best Buy used to move it into my place was really bad. I'd give Best Buy a 1 star but I am rating the product not Best Buys not so good 3rd party moving service. The sales person at Best Buy however was very nice and knowledgeable.

Was on sale at good price compared to other comparable units. Was originally looking at a French door model but went with this for price and fact that it had good ratings. One negative is placement of the interior light allows it to be easily partially blocked thus provided less light than it should. One another negative is their is no light for ice/water dispenser. Dial and labels have light but no task light.

Great deal on our Samsung side by side floor model refrigerator. The salesman was helpful, the delivery went very smooth and so far it has been operating very well. The only draw back about this model are the two drawers in the refrigerator. They don't pull in and out quite as smooth as some of the other models, but for the great price, I can live with that minor difference.
