Needed an appliance package and had in stock for 2 day delivery. Just what i was looking for and when it showed up it was better than expected. Easy to hook up, Easy to install and Works and looks perfect. Couldn't ask for more. Great job best buy.

I bought this as an open box item. It was easy to install and works pretty well. There were few dings and scratches but overall works pretty well.

Added the Samsung after my GE went done again another compressor choose not to fix this time sent it packing to the junk yard

My family loves it it's big enough for us and icemaker is gr.

The refrigerator is excellent, and the side fix in my kitchen.

Very efficiency on energy, looks great and good espace storage

Negatives: Top has little to no insulation around a strange plastic port and grounding wire so anything placed there gets damp and very cold. Needs one more drawer (for lunch meats, cheese, etc). No light on water dispenser. Very cheap looking plastic parts do not cover hinges, etc. completely. Positives: Price. Stainless. Water and ice. Some shelves slide out. Door trays have some flexibility.

Fridge was great in the beginning. After a few weeks freezer started leaking water & Ice started forming in the corner & bottom of freezer. Known issue with this refrigerator (per Samsung tech person) Samsung will not stand behind their products!

I love my new refrigerator. Make sure you change the filter or the word taste nasty.. it has two options on the icemaker cube or crush ice.

We have small kids and we knew we wanted a fingerprint resistant fridge. We wanted one with an ice maker and water dispenser that was under $1000. This fit what we were looking for without looking like a basic fridge. This looks much better in person. It does not run loud like the comparable Frigidaire does (We just had that one, was not a fan). This is a great fridge!

This is my first side by side. The ice maker, price and cu ft are what sold me. After using it for a month I wish I would have bought the french door with freezer drawer on the bottom. If you like side by side then this is a great refrigerator. It looks great, lights are bright, filtered water tastes great and it keeps the food cold.

We lost our refrigerator (Kenmore) due to a lightning strike. We shopped around searching for a comparable model that was black, to match our existing appliances. We found the Samsung at Best Buy, and were pleased with the features and similarity to our damaged Kenmore. They even had a black stainless model in the back of the store still wrapped in its shipping protection. The associate checked the numbers and confirmed it was the same model. Upon bringing it home and inspecting it we found it not to be exactly the same. The model on the showroom had the ice maker and container in the door, a feature we preferred. The model we received had the ice maker in the body of the freezer. Also, the lighting of the floor model was exceptional, it had lights from the top to the bottom of the refrigerator. The model we brought home has bright lighting but it's all at the top and in the back, so tall objects can block the light from lower shelves. Neither are performance issues, but rather convenience issues. On performance, there is a bit more noise from the motor or fan than we experienced with our Kenmore. Also, I have yet to use the ice dispenser without scattering ice on the floor. It seems the mouth of the dispenser is too large. Large cups are fine, but regular drinking glasses seem to be too small and cubes of ice creep by......I have not tried the ice crushing feature because of the mess I am certain it would make. At the time of purchase at Best Buy, we were informed that if we were unsatisfied that we could return it within 14 days. We decided to keep it and thus far (2 months) have not had any problems.

Refrigerator was a great buy. I had a stain steel regular one that showed prints bad. This model being a dark stainless steel has been perfect. No prints are left behind. The color alone on this model is very attractive. Large for all my needs. Very good price. Recommend

I've had mine for two weeks now. Works excellent as far as temp and keeping food fresh. Put a pepper in there from my garden & little over a week it was still good. It's a bit noisey but don't know if it's because when they delivered it, they broke the water line to it? (They're delivering a new one though, geek squad & calling getting hung up on 3x's & transferred 8x's was terrible & a hassle) It's not intolerable though. The veggie bins at the bottome seem a couple inches each too big, taking up more room than necessary. But, just my opinion. Again, not intolerable. Nice clean & modern look however scratches easily on the front surface so be aware of the (no magnates). I'd recommend for a small family with basic fridge needs that want a nicer looking appliance.

Product was delivered and installed 12/18. It ceased to function on 12/27. I called Best Buy and went through all the troubleshooting steps with the Geek Squad, they told me to call Samsung. I called Samsung and went through all the same troubleshooting steps again. They told me to schedule a service appointment through their online form. I filled out their form with all the same information I've given twice now. First appointment available was 12/31 between 8am and 12pm. Confirmation of appointment sent via email. On 12/30 at 10am someone rescheduled my appointment for 12/30 between 8am and 12pm and then a company Tekniton left a voicemail to schedule a service appointment, even though I already had one. 12/31 Tekniton called back to get information about what is wrong with the refrigerator and reschedule the service appointment for 1/3 between 8am and 12pm. I've had this Fridge 10 days and it dies. I threw away all my frozen food items due to this mess. I'm without a refrigerator for a week. I'm given the run around by BOTH Best Buy and Samsung and now I'm dealing with a 3rd party vendor. This is your customer service for a critical appliance? Fail.

The fridge runs great just a few details I wish I would have thought of before purchasing, like a light by the water dispenser, and the other main concern about this fridge is the ice just seems to keep making and making cubes until it is so loaded it kind of gets jammed and you have to take the whole bucket out to empty a few ice cubes. Of course the alternative is turn ice maker on and off, but I paid over a thousand dollars to not have to bother with that so I just figured the ice machine would have an automatic shut off... Other than those two things the space is great and it looks gorgeous and gets colder than a penguin's butt.

Looks sharp, great price! I wanted a fridge with no bells or whistles. Love the look of this fridge. It was great on the budget too. My only setback is that it does not have a drip pan for when you are dispensing water/ice. So it will drip down the front of the fridge. Also there is not lighting on the dispenser panel. So if I am getting water in the middle of the night I have to feel my way thru or turn on the light to see what setting I am pushing. Other than that, no issues. Runs quiet. Freezes great. Has a wonderful crushed ice feature.

I love my new fridge!! It’s beautiful and functional. The finish is super easy to keep clean and keep smudge free. There is also plenty of space in the refrigerator section of the unit and the ice/water maker is very easy to use.

So far everything works well. Only one complaint - the control panel is very hard to read. There should be a light to show where controls are.

I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE I PURCHASED THIS . NO JOKE THIS SAMSUNG FRIDGE IS REALLY LOUD. MAKES LOUD NOISES THROUGHOUT THE DAY. THE LAY OUT TO PLACE THE SHELVES IN THE FRIDGE ARE EITHER TOO SMALL OR TOO BIG. ALSO, IF YOU NEED TO FIX ANYTHING, YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH SAMSUNG. BUT ASIDE FROM ALL THAT, ITS A FRIDGE. IF YOU DONT MIND THE NOISE, THEN ITS DOES THE JOB. STILL DEBATING IF I WANT TO RETURN THIS THING.
