Looks NICE! Black stainless steel is luxury looking. I just wish Samsung did a better job at the touch screen operations. If you push the freezer button all the way up to it's coldest then it'll stay stuck that way and you have to wait 24 hours for it to go back to the original settings. That's kinda stupid. They should also make it to where each function has one specific button for it. Not 2 in 1 but all this is just my opinion as a consumer. I'm sure others would agree as well.

More room than I thought. Just don't put anything tall on the top shelf or it will block . Also remember the beautiful black s/s is a coating be careful what you clean it with to keep it looking good. I had all s/s before & this black s/s shows way less finger prints I just love it!

Nice n big. Works great and plenty of ice. Controls on front of freezer door are easy to use. Comes with built in water line that made the water hook up easy.

First off the black stainless looks awesome. Iv owned the refrigerator for a month and a half. Everything so far is working very well. The ice maker is a little noisy but not annoying. If there's one thing to add would be a LED light when using the water or ice dispenser. If it had that I'd give it 5 stars.

Love the color and all the room in the refrigerator and freezer with nice heavy shelves.

Love it! Tried the freezer drawer on bottom & hates those. Back to a side by side! Ahhh! Ice comes out quick. Simple to use. Freezer keeps ice cream solid at least cool setting. Plenty of freezer space & refrigerated space. Toddlers hand prints are all over the bottom, but it actually could be peanut butter...lol we love the black stainless steel. 32 oz Yeti does not fit on ice dispenser but a 20 does.

the old fridge died suddenly, so I opted for this one. same style and size. put an 8oz. glass of water in freezer. within 2 hours I had an 8oz. chunk of ice. very happy with it. 1 con is I can't put a gallon of milk in the door. another is no meat keeper drawer. I can live with that as it keeps the temps very well. otherwise it has plenty of room and no problem storing the rest of my perishables. icemaker makes gobs and gobs of ice. they saved some material by losing a dispenser assembly. used to be 1 for ice and 1 for water. now, 1 assembly does both. you need to select ice or water before dispensing. don't know if I like that or not. so far it's not been an issue. fit and finish is excellent. can't say enough about the installers. very professional. came in, measured everything , took out the old one and brought in the new one with an absolute minimum of fuss and bother. made it look super super easy. I was amazed at how easy they made it look. i could have done it myself but, as I was feeling really old or lazy or ancient, I opted to pay for delivery and installation,. well worth the small cost. saved me time and effort and my voice box not doing all that cussing. overall, i'm very pleased with my purchase

The refrigerator looks great with the black fingerprint resistant stainless steel finish. Replaced a30 year old refrigerator so this one is quite an upgrade. Good space In refrigerator and freezer. Ice maker and water in door work great.

This is a great fridge for the price, but it does have a few issues. One is no freaking light for your water or ice; I mean really… come on, how hard is it to put in one little light. Second issue is it is a little loud when the pump is pulling water in for ice. The compressor isn’t too bad yet, but we’ll see. Over all looks good inside and out, and you can’t beat the price.

Let me confess that I purchased this fridge in spite of knowing its flaws from online reviews because I decided to compromise some convenience and features as I was getting the product at very decent price. Maybe lower price point is due to compromised features mentioned below. Also, please note that we were specifically looking for side-by-side fridge because of organizational ease it offers and there are limited offerings in that style compare to French-door. Good: - price - reasonably good value for the $750 sell price we paid - relatively quiet except occasional ice maker sound - roomier than some other models we considered Bad: - badly designed water/ice dispenser console, almost useless lighting, doesn't display water/ice settings and no spill water tray - limited slots for shelf adjustment reduces flexibility of arranging storage compartments - could have offered one more shelf in fridge, freezer and doors - not sure if humidity drawer is any help because of gap between container and shelf - bulky indoor light takes up storage space on top most shelf Can't comment on quality yet as have used it only for a month. Unlikely that it will match my last GE fridge which lasted 29 years and was still working but we decided to replace it for energy efficiency. I would recommend it as a buy if you understand and accept these issues.

It was loud the first two nights we had it due to ice production. After that it makes normal fridge sounds, which we stopped noticing after a couple days. Cheap fridges are noisier! Other than that, it is great! Great storage room, the door shelves as well as the interior shelves are adjustable. I miss not having a cheese drawer but the next model is around $300 more for the similar specs. For just my husband and myself it has plenty of room! The lighting on the inside is so pretty. I recommend stainless steel cleaning wipes, it cleans the SS so easily and restores that just delivered look.

This is my first side by side fridge and I really like it. It works well and is quiet. If I could change two things it would be more shelves...we end up stacking alot of items and that's complicated to reach what you want easily and the light on the top in back is easily obscured by the type of object you place on the top shelf. Not horrible changes...but would make it a 5 star. I LOVE the black stainless finish, best thing ever! So easy to resist finger prints and clean up is much easier than traditional stainless. Makes me want to replace all my appliances with this finish!

We read a lot of iffy reviews about this fridge but gave it a chance anyways. Ha! In the first week, it had to be replaced 3 times. The first one sounded like s freight train, the second one came with a huge dent and finally the third one has been working great! We did get the extended warranty through Best Buy as they are just great in their servicing of products. Now the fridge is awesome. We put the settings at 3 for freezer and 6 for fridge after the initial 48 hr cooling period and it is quiet and works very nice. We love it. The Best Buy sales and their delivery team was excellent in taking care of all issues immediately. Thank you!

All family grocery fit now and I we finally have ice and water.

Best Buy had the fridge I was looking for and at a good price. Free delivery and installation along with just $15 to haul away the old fridge sealed the deal. The silly? There's no light for the ice and water dispenser! The light socket is there, but the light itself is missing... and there's a blank spot on the control panel where the on/off button should be. Now how much money per unit did Best Buy really save by having the manufacturer (Samsung) delete this convenience just for them? $10? $20? I spent $1300 for this thing! I would gladly have paid that little bit more without giving it a thought. I won't shop at Home Depot any more for anything more than a box of nails or a roll of tape because they do this kind of thing all the time. I guess BB is jumping on that bandwagon as well. So, yeah... caveat emptor! And like I said... in this case, just plain silly.

This is a very good looking and operating refrigerator in this price point. We purchased this for our garage to replace a broken down separate refrigerator that we used for drinks and a separate freezer. The old units were not energy efficient. This unit replaces them both and has plenty of freezer storage for a side by side unit. Prior reviews have stated that the lighting on the refrigerator side is somewhat dim, however this is not a concern for us as it is used for beverages only. The 3 best factors for our consideration were plenty of cold storage space, energy efficiency and a price point around $1000. This one meets all the points and it has our best recommendation for you to purchase. You will be very pleased.

I love the color we chose - Black Stainless. Shows no fingerprints. I love the space next to the icemaker for large narrow items, such as frozen pizzas. I love that you don't have to stop the ice from making more. It automatically stops when full. Despite being a side-by-side, it seems more roomy than my last side-by-side.

Looks great and very resistant to fingerprints. Very spacious and great layout. Easy to operate with easy to use and understand controls.

Beautiful color. Reasonable price. So many convenient features. Only downside no light on ice maker and water dispenser. But overall will definitely recommend.
