I not only love the color, black stainless steel but the easy navigation of the front water and ice dispenser. This refrigerator gives us a lot of space and is nice looking!

I like this refrigerator, I am able to put a gallon milk on the door and stock up fruits & vegetables. I miss snack tray. Fridge & Freezer sufficient for family of 4. Seldom the fridge makes weird noise audible only in kitchen.

I love this refrigerator; it was not expensive by comparison to others but is worth every cent I paid for it. The black stainless steel is awesome. I have an extended warrantee which I needed to call on for what didn't seem to work one time; company sent me replacement computer part for door which it turned out I didn't really need. Was just a setting on door I was not familiar with (AND WAS NOT IN THE INSTRUCTION BOOK). Repairman found problem immediately and made correct adjustment. I do wish I had that information written down; not in book and I have forgotten setting.

Our previous LG fridge died (15 yr.s) AND I was hit with appendicitus on the same day - so needing something immediately (couldn't wait a week for the ones I had researched and selected online) and having less than stellar judgement from being in significant pain compounded by my elderly mother in tow confusing the issue with her inexplicable priorities, this is the one I choose. I am sad for 2 major reasons - firstly, Samsung fridges rate 3 out of 10 for reliability (next to last) / 2 out of 10 for customer satisfaction in Consumer Reports reliability ratings - and secondly, the lighting inside is so poorly thought out that we literally have to keep a flashlight handy to find what we are looking for in this fridge. We are going to have to do this for the next decade? Ugh. For those of you who don't store anything on your top shelf this would possibly be a non-issue. RME. Speaking of lighting issues - there is a front display which also requires a flashlight to see what buttons you are pressing - although at some point one can just rely on memory. Also -it is, indeed, pretty noisy - I can hear it throughout the house whenever it cirulates any water or makes ice cubes. But - so far (2 months later) - it functions just fine and I do like the easy access for freezer items. Having crushed ice readily available is a bonus. Fingerprints seem to be a non-issue as promised.

We had two Kenmore refrigerator s before with the same price range but this one is much better: little more spaces inside and very quiet, better looking

This Samsung 24.5 cu. ft. refrigerator is what I needed size wise. It was a good frig for the money. It does lack the "extras" that most higher price models have. There are only 2 crisper/meat drawers in the frig. I miss the 3rd drawer we had in our old frig. The shelves seem a little dinky and have less adjustment that other models. The deep door storage bins are nice, but don't allow for much adjustment up and down. The very worst feature of the refrigerator is the very poor lighting. If smaller items are stored near the back of the top shelf, the light is blocked significantly making it nearly impossible to see the contents of the lower shelves. I also miss the actual temperature readings that I had on my old frig. I guess you could put a thermometer in the frig and freezer, but it seems stupid not to have one there from the factory. The freezer works well and produces enough ice for a family of four. But, we had 4 visitors for a couple of weeks and I had to add 9 ice trays to keep up with the ice use. All in all, I still think this is a good refrigerator for the money. If I had it to do over again though, I might pay a couple of hundred dollars more to get 3 food drawers and better lighting.

We had a prior refrigerator stop working, so needed to purchase a new one in a hurry. After reviewing the different styles available - and poring over the ratings at Consumer Reports - we had decided on this specific model. When we went to compare prices at BestBuy and other locations, each had this model on sale for what we believed was a great price. The purchase was easy, and the delivery was exactly as expected. The crew was able to remove the old fridge, install the new one, and hook it up to the water supply for the dispenser and ice maker. The installer even recognized that our existing water line hookup was in great shape, so assured us we could continue to us it - meaning, that we were able to pursue a return and a refund for the (unused) new hookup kit which we had purchased with the new fridge. I greatly appreciated this honesty on the part of BestBuy and the Geek Squad installation crew. In summary: Great fridge, great features, at a great price - with great installation and support from BestBuy & Geek Squad. Very happy with the purchase.

The Samsung sided-by-side is a great look in my kitchen! Beautiful exterior finish (black stainless) and design. The interior is spacious, with a good design and materials. The ONE thing I am disappointed about is that there is no lighting on the ice/water dispenser on the door...I have to turn on the kitchen light to see whether I'm about to get a glass of ice, or a glass of water...and whether I have the glass in the right place to avoid a bath

The fridge looks nice, it has so far kept the food cold and the ice maker makes lots of ice and crushes well. Water filter is quite nice and water tastes pretty good and the ice as well. Shelves are quite evenly spaced, and the ability to control humidity is nice. The internal refrigerator light is poorly placed and really not bright enough to illuminate the entire fridge. Bottom of the fridge basically gets no light from the internal lights. They really should have put lights on the front LED panel where you select water and ice. You only see 3 blue lights and you have to guess which one it's on if the room is dark. The ice/water selection panel is also a bit confusing. Also, ice maker stalls for about 2 - 3 seconds before it starts shooting out ice. And as a lot of other reviews have stated, unless you put the glass/cup right up to the top, you're going to get ice all over the place. Bad design on the ice/water dispenser overall. To top it off, there seems to be a lot of manufacturing issues. For example, on top of the fridge there's a lot of glue residue outside of this black piece. I have no idea what it does but it's sloppy how they put it on. Also, there was blood splatter in the fridge right behind the butter compartment. We wiped it down with bleach, but the fact that we saw blood splatter was really concerning. Overall, it's not a horrible fridge, but there are better options out there (at least I hope there are).

This refrigerator has so much space and works amazing. I love the black stainless. Fingerprints and smudges don’t show as they would on regular stainless.

Nice and beautiful Samsung refrigerator but the only issue is the location of the lights ,if you put some food or vegetables in from of the it ,basically you block most of the light inside !!!

This is my first Samsung fridge. LOVE the spaciousness of the unit. The ice discharge leaves a bit to be desired. Becomes clogged with frost often for some reason. Also, there is NO LIGHT in the front dispensing compartment. This is VERY problematic, particularly when getting drinks for the children in the middle of the night. That is my BIGGEST complaint. Other than that, I love the unit, and ESPECIALLY the Geek Squad service. Would buy again!

This refrigerator is so stylish and roomy. It goes well with my kitchen and works very well in keeping food at the right temperature. It looks so modern and has a great filtration system.

Great entry level Samsung. A couple of things I don’t like; there is no light on the water/ice dispenser, there is no cheese/meat/snack drawer however, there are some pretty cool after market organizers and lastly, it takes a bit of finesse the work the control panel. Things I like; the interior lighting, the size, the finish really does repel fingerprints and the ice makers keeps up with no problem.

I like the size of the fridge and the look. I did a lot of research and found this to be the best value with the highest ratings. It fits nicely in my smaller kitchen -- not too large and not too small. It does make some noises, but it's nothing that would keep you up at night. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase so far. It seems to be a good value for the money.

Great refrigerator. Fair price. Our salesman, Adam was very helpful throughout the entire purchase. He provided clear information and all options available, and compared to other models. A very pleasant purchase experience.

We just bought a house and wanted to update the appliances. After shopping around at other places we decided Best Buy had the best deals for we wanted. This fridge looks good and has plenty of room for what we need.

This refrigerator/freezer is great. I didn't give 5 stars because 1. The ice maker/fridge control panel doesn't light up. 2. The light in the fridge is on the very top so items on the top shelf can block the light flowing through. 3. The plastic coating used to protect it during delivery and installation is close to impossible to remove completely.

My only reason for not giving 5 stars is the lack of lighting on the water/ice dispenser. Shouldn’t have to turn on a kitchen light to get ice or water.

Overall a great fridge. Everything works and do what it's suppose to. Only downside is the ice maker is louder then any refrigerator I've owned before.
