I purchased this refrigerator in January of 2018 and purchased the protection plan from Best Buy. The freezer started accumulating ice on the vents in the back of the freezer. Called Geek Squad in August of 2019 and they sent someone out to "fix" it. We were told it was the ice machine, the 6th repair man just left my house and there is still no resolution and after this being escalated to Geek Squad "special forces" I don't see any end in sight. After calling "Special Forces" 3 times today, not once did anyone ever come on the line, i selected the department for my issue and waited. Apparently the purchase plan has many loopholes, BB has spent more than the refrigerator cost in sending technicians out to replace random parts. Everyone has a different diagnosis and no one will do the right thing. We always have to "try something else". Which is code for you have to spend more time calling and scheduling, waiting for the tech to come to your house,remove everything from your freezer. So far, I have 0 faith that anyone from Best Buy will resolve this issue. This item was purchased at the BB in Allen, TX.

this fridge looks really nice. good room for being a side by side. water and ice dispenser work really well. no light in the door dispenser though. not a big deal. is a little noisy while it gets up to the factory temperatures. after about 24 hours was able to manually adjust temps. found that freezer being on 3 bars and fridge on 4 works best for us and keeps noise way down overall.

This fridge had everything I wanted without the expensive price tag. The capacity in both fridge and freezer is perfect and I love the filtered water on the door - NO MORE lugging cases of water home!!!

I am very a happy with this purchase. This refrigerator looks great with the black stainless steel. I am also happy with how fingerprint resistant it actually is. I honestly didn’t believe it would be as resistant to fingerprints as it is. We have kids who constantly touch and open the refrigerator, but rarely do we need to clean fingerprints off the front. So far no issues at all and very happy.

This fridge is great, but it's missing one key thing I wish I had noticed before buying. There is no light for the ice/water dispenser!

This fridge is all that and more. After reading other reviews and going down to physically look at the fridge for myself I am so happy that I chose this one. It has lots of space and is very quiet. Some of the other reviews have complained that it is loud but I find that not to be true. The ice maker is great. If I had one critique it would that the lighting in freezer could Better. But for me that's not a big deal. Love my fridge!!! And the color is plus....

I wanted to switch back to a side by side refrigerator and this one is a great size and capacity. Looks great and has easy to use features. Fantastic product for the price especially.

Black stainless is a beauty, plenty of space inside and ice maker works great.

Purchased as part of a matching set of new Samsung kitchen appliances. Great standard refrigerator with the convenience of water and ice in the door. Was looking at the three door model with the bottom freezer drawer but went with this one to saved a little money. Looks good, works well.

I love the black stainless steel fridge. I read many reviews and was scared to make this purchase but i did and i couldn't be happier. Fingerprints do not really stick. Gallon door storage. (I read a review that said this fridge didn't have it).

Plenty of room and compartments. I like the water and ice cube feature. My only complaint is there is no temperature gauge.

LOVE the black stainless steel. Love that magnets stick to the front of this fridge. I do not like the inside light location, anything on the top shelf blocks light for the entire fridge. Hard to remove water filter because of the location. No light on front of water and ice dispenser. No digital readout of temperature degree of fridge or freezer. For $1100 this fridge should have better features.

Lighting throughout fridge is a little dark only one light on top shelf and as I fill with groceries you block the light

First the bad. No light in the ice and water dispenser. It is loud when it fills the ice maker. Now the great. Looks amazing. Doors clean easy with a micro fiber and water. The doors scratch fairly easily so don't scrub hard. The controls are touch screen, warn your guests prior to them using. Over all I love this fridge.

This is a perfect size refrigerator. It has great shelf space, adjustable shelf’s on the door, and enough freezer area for a small family. Water and ice through the door is a plus and it looks great. With a number of different models to choose from, this one offers a perfect size for the right price. We now have this model in both our home and now in my daughters home.

I was hesitant at first to buy a side by side, but after reviewing all my options and what I wanted from a fridge, this is my best choice. And honestly the price rocked as well. I knew I wanted an ice dispenser, but when this came with both cubed/crushed ice and water, I knew this was the one for me. Since having this delivered my family is drinking more water and a lot less soda. I would highly recommend this Samsung Fridge.

My fiance & I purchased this fridge upon moving into our first home. It is just the two of us and there is more than enough space. The front is the black stainless steel and the sides are black. We hosted Easter at our house and there was plenty of room to store our regular groceries plus all of the holiday food! We've had it just over a month now so I can't attest to duration of the refrigerator. We love it so far!

This is one of the more beautiful looking fridges out there for the price. There is plenty of space on both the freezer and refrigerator side. I love the ice/water feature which works as expected and delivers good, clean tasting water. It is a large fridge so make sure you double measure to make sure it will fit in your kitchen.
