This Samsung refrigerator is SO nice I wanted it in my own home, not just in our rental property. It has so much room and is SO conveniently set up. Love it!

please avoid dealing with this company i bought this fridge 7 months ago and it started rusting on the refrigerator section the doors let hot air in which created mold. the customer service is all about blaming you and the service technicians don't even know what the issue is 3 times they have been here still no solution from samsung. They don't care about the consumer at all I will not stop until I get my money back !! avoid this brand please, I should have kept my old piece of junk had it for 6 years no issue just because I wanted a better looking spacious fridge bummer.

Purchased the black stainless steel kitchen suite and have been disappointed in the whole set. Purchased back in November 2026 and installed them in February 2017. Began having problems earlier this year with the freezer making weird noises and freezing up. Luckily we purchased the extended warranty or we would have been screwed. Called geek squad and had a company come out to fix the problem. A few months later we had the same problem. Geek squad sent a different company out this time, which was horrible. Technician threw my food on the floor, harassed my parents about the location and marking of our house and basically didn’t fix the problem. Best Buy has been great. Replaced the refrigerator but again the company they use to delivery their products are horrible. They scratched the whole side of our brand new refrigerator. Our other appliances are chipping. Would not recommend the black stainless steel.

I really like the look of the black stainless steel. It is very easy to keep clean and doesn't show fingerprints like the regular stainless steel.

I bought this refrigerator because my old one start making so much noise, this refrigerator is a quite it as it can be, you will not notice that is on all the time, ice and water dispenser are nice and neat, and really easy to use, I just plugged the water line and power line and the refrigerator was ready to go.

We waited for the Memorial Day sales and scored a great fridge. Our Samsung side by side is outstanding. The water filter works great and water from the fridge taste great. It has pleanty of room for everything we need + extra room for wine. Price-service-selection, Best Buy can't be beat.

Great refrigerator, just wish there were a light on the door when getting ice or water.

We originally had the Samsung refrigerator with the easy access front door but it was not worth the extra money. This refrigerator is extremely quiet, as well as the ice maker. The controls are easy to program and the freezer has plenty of space.

Got my fridge on-sale for about $1000. The Patriots coach would like it as it “does it’s job”. It does run a little loud when it kicks on. I’ve heard not so great things about the brand but it seems to be a good purchase 30 days in.

This fridge is incredible and looks smaller from the outside but when you open it up, there's so much room. We used to have another fridge in the garage because we didn't have enough room for our food and drinks and now we do not need it anymore. Great fridge and great price.

I wanted a fridge that was sleek looking and being that I have had stainless steel in the past I disliked the fact that fingerprints would be all over the place and this was just a plus! I love not having to clean it every minute. The storage is great and Ice maker.

The service was timely and efficient. The four pieces of appliances were installed.smoothly and without complications. The installers did a great job in getting The old stove out and the new one in in a very tight area. The appliances are working great working although the dishwasher has not been used yet. The quality of the appliances are as expected so no complaint s so far.

We're looking for fridge under $1,000 salesman recommended this one nice looking very roomy on the inside and very quiet.
