Very nice quiet refrigerator. Bought this after returning a previous one. The other was a GE side by side. It was making a loud jarring sound every few minutes. Luckily Best Buy took it back with out any questions within the 15 day window. Very happy with this Samsung.

Looks good in my kitchen , lots of space INSIDE. Water and ice maker work great.

Great fridge but slightly wider than the advertised 36”. I had to widen then opening a bit. Only other complaint is the light in fridge is not very bright. Very pleased otherwise.

I've only had this refrigerator for a couple weeks, so these are initial impressions. It runs quiet to me, which is a big plus given that compressor noise was a negative to other reviewers. It also runs much less than its predecessor, leaving the impression that it is quite efficient. I like the shelving layout on both sides, though there are very little options for customizing space between shelves. The icemaker works just fine, as does the water dispenser. I carefully followed instructions and ran the recommended 3 gallons through the dispenser before testing everything out. No leaks whatsoever, in contrast to certain other reviews. Having said that, the controls and settings on the water/ice dispensers leave much to be desired. The display has no backlighting, and it is virtually impossible to see the display buttons. Additionally, the setup is not intuitive. At first, I thought several functions weren't working and was on the verge of contacting customer service. A couple minutes with the directions confirmed that everything worked fine. Without the directions, I wouldn't have figured it out. Aside from the lack of display lighting and lack of shelf customization options, there are a couple other negatives: The inside lighting is inadequate. It is soft and sparse. The crisper bins in the bottom have no rollers, meaning they do not slide smoothly in and out. This is especially true once those bins fill up, and possibly my biggest gripe. A little bit would have gone a long ways here. Having said all this, it is a cheaper model. All of the missing attributes can be found in a pricier model. On a different day, i would have given five stars in consideration this is a baseline model, and it really isn't reasonable to expect all the bells & whistles at this price point. Finally, this relationship is still very new, so other concerns may develop over time. However, I am pleasantly surprised so far.

I've only had this refrigerator for a week, but so far it has worked flawlessly. The look and built in feel of this particular model really make my kitchen look "professional" and since we invested in a Stainless Steel stove we felt the refrigerator needed to be of the same caliber-and it is. All shelves and door shelves are adjustable, it almost runs silently and the icemaker is great.

The quality of the product is great, the price is reasonable for what you get.

smaller than our original fridge but is good for the price, till we noticed it has no light for the ice & water, kind of got used to having a light but not worth another $300

Quiet, cold, keeps everything fresh. Led interior lights are a nice touch.

Was fine out of the box, less than a year later freezer fan starting making noises, bearings-not a frost issue. After less than 2 yrs I had to replace as it died completely. Will NEVER buy a samsung appliance again. Stove and dishwaser also samsung. Also NUMEROUS problems

I love my new refrigerator! It's roomy, and it's quite the energy saver.

I love this refrigerator and how much space it has. The only thing I miss is a light for the water/ice dispenser and even though it is energy efficient, it is a little louder than my last refrigerator but these are my only complaints.

We have been looking to purchase a new fridge for quite some time, as all of our appliances are black (but have a glassy finish). Contemplated buying a black refrigerator for years, but other things were always financially more important. When I saw this new fridge in the black stainless steel I absolutely loved it, not a stainless fan at all. But this refrigerator has worked great so far for our needs as our other fridge that we also purchased from Best Buy in 2000/2001 was obviously aging. So, we bought this one on a great holiday sale, excellent customer service as usual, and love how this new fridge complements my kitchen!!!!!!

This fridge was everything we needed and more without breaking the bank. Very clean look and great features. Purchased this fridge for my in laws and they absolutely love it. Yhe Black Stainless is a beautiful look.
