Grear price for a fingerprint resistant stainless steel. Looks good and has plenty of space.

Samsung does make a nice refrigerator. Keeps temp at exact settings and looks great. Ice makes is a little louder than the one replaced but is acceptable. Price matching was excellent.

Nice design, good use of space in both freezer and fridge compartments. The only trouble was slightly loose handles, which were a little tricky for the tech to adjust. OK now.

This is a great looking refrigerator both inside and out. However, it has a high pitched noise that could not be fixed on the unit I purchased, and which Samsung apparently knows about and has been able to fix on other units. This started within 4 hours of delivery and install. Needless to say, I returned this product and replaced with different brand.

Had GE Profile French door - for 3 years - replaced ice maker still and still only made 7 cubes per day - love all the ice this model makes

I did extensive research before purchasing new appliances and have always found Samsung to be good quality. I was thoroughly impressed wiht this purchas. I really like the icemaker built in the door to give more freezer space and this was much deeper than our previouse fridge allowing a lot more capacity. The led lights inside are also great as they won't burn out and they go all the way up the back for each shelf to be visible. The delivery staff was also very professional.

This refrigerator was a replacement for my LG one that the compressor was going out on. The size is only slightly larger but feels much more. The settings are easy and the door dispenser works perfectly.

We bought this as part of a full replacement of our kitchen appliances. We liked the ice maker in the door as not to take up space in the freezer shelf. The fridge has ample space to fit everything. The problems are with the functionality of the unit. The unit did not stay cold enough to freeze anything or make ice and the fridge temperature rapidly dropped to dangerous levels quickly for no apparent reason. After several service calls and no solution (even with a new mother board), we received a new unit and everything seemed to work. After about one month the ice maker is no longer working. There are too many functional/computer issues with this fridge. I would recommend going with a different model.

This is a great refrigerator at a reasonable price. We especially like the design improvements over our 2001 Kenmore it replaced. The door-mounted ice maker, while operating a little slower for the crushed function and making a bit more noise, is a nice improvement from the in-freezer ice makers. It frees up space and is easier to empty the storage bin. The shelve and drawer designs allow for easy adjustments and use, while increasing the durability over previous era refrigerators. Although we're still getting to know the refrigerator, we're very pleased with it at this point. Our salesman was great in assessing our needs and helping us choose this model. He was also very helpful in arranging for the temporary alternative model and deliveries due to our model becoming unavailable after our purchase. As always, a great experience with Best Buy. Time will tell with the Samsung refrigerator, but so far so good.

A great refrigerator for the small space and a small townhouse.

The stainless steel matches all other appliances, The size is perfect for the two of us. Love the water and ice maker, especially that it doesn't take space in the freezer. I didn't give it a five star just because one drawer is difficult to open in the refrigerator.

Great fridge except for the plastic acrylic ice and water button u rest your glass / cups against. I wish it was more durable and made of metal/stainless. I love the quick freeze feature which is great to have to chill drinks and food quickly for cooking purposes and for entertaining during the hot dry Long summers . Also I love the look of the fridge both inside and out including the LED lighting And modern exterior handles.

I bought it as a Demo and it has so much room and the cooling is on point. Highly recommended.

Purchased from the outlet, but it's working great. It gets cold, the shelves are perfectly spaced apart (had problems with other refrigerators now being about to utilize every shelf properly).

Great Fridge for the money, what sold us was the ice dispense on the door and the added led lighting. This thing has so much more room compared to our old fridge and the quality is top notch

We had this fridge delivered to our house by one of Best Buy's contracted companies (not Geek Squad). It had to come up a flight of stairs and let's just say both the refrigerator and my stairwell took a beating. Best Buy was great and compensated us for the damage to the fridge, they offered to replace it but we didn't want the hassle. We tried to file a claim with the delivery company but never heard from them. Now the fridge itself... It is beautiful, holds temperature well and has plenty of space. I would be in love with it except the ice maker stopped working a week after we got it. We have Geek Squad protection which is great but we will most likely need a replacement after all!!! So frustrating!

We were looking thru all of the different models of refrigerators when we came across this one. It had all of the features we were looking for with an excellent price tag. It has lots of room inside both the refrigerator and freezer with the added perks of a filtered water and ice maker. The ice maker produces enough ice for us to continually fill our glasses without any lapse in production. This is a great product and I cannot say enough good things about it.

It's very noisy when kicking on and off. Overall it's very nice and well worth the money

I like this fridge except the placing of the shelves. The space between shelf is too short for a gallon tea pitcher. I bought 2 quart ones but I have to push the shelf up to get the pitchers in or out. Don't know why they couldn't have made ledges for shelves all the way down the fridge rather than in just select spots.
