This refrigerator has an amazing look. I feel like it gets scratched easily, but the scratches are not easily visible when you’re not close. So far this refrigerator has been nothing but great!

We bought the Samsung package and got a great deal! The only negative is the stainless steel smudges very easily!

Great experience. We walked in store and saw the dryer we wanted then saw a fridge. We purchased both that day! The customer service was amazing. The Gift cards they gave us was great too. We put them towards s new 65" tv. We will be back to buy.

Love the platinum finish. Easy to keep clean and looks great. Love the French doors. The freezer storage is a good size and the 2 separate drawers work out great.

Unit is easy to clean; storage space is versatile. The compartment temperature controls are easy to set. I am very pleased with my purchase. Delivery and installation was very no muss no fuss. And everything was clean when the installers left.

I LIKE THIS PRODUCT VERY MUCH. OUR FAMILY NEEDED A NEW ONE AND ALSO WANTED TO EXPERIENCE HAVING AN ICE MAKER. ENJOY THE FREEZER AT THE BOTTOM AS WELL.

So far so good since I purchased this fridge. Kind of difficult to clean shelves especially removing the glass parts

Great refrigerator but freezer handle broke the first day. Best buys service was great though they replaces the whole refrigerator.

My only real complaints are there isn't much space on the doors and finding space for tall items can be a puzzle. Everything else is great.

Had this for about a month now and it is a great fridge. Bought it as a scratch and dent off the floor with almost no marks in it. Lots of room, ice maker works great and I like the black stainless doesn't show finger prints. No issues at all

Has a nice appearance but the ice maker constantly freezes up with solid ice and then you can't remove the ice container and won't dispense ice. We called Samsung because it's still under factory warranty but they weren't any help. Highly recommend not purchasing appliances from Samsung.

Not only does this refrigerator/freezer keep food fresh/frozen, but it looks great in your kitchen. I actually love to just stare at it because it is so very beautiful!

I bought this refrigerator a few months ago and so far its doing a great job. I like its sleek stainless steel look and its large size. It also has realy nice digital onboard controller panel with a touch screen.

So far I'm pleased with it. Had problems with the first one delivered but it was replaced with no problem. New one is working much better!

Left door seal does not pop out like it should. Bottom deli drawer does not close easily. Layout of the fridge is great. Water and Ice Maker work great.

This was the second replacement after the first one was messed up. Had Geek Squad protection and they replaced for me. Love this fridge now.

We’ve been really happy with this fridge so far. It’s designed great. I love the shelf inside that can fold up or lay down so you can put taller items in there. I also love that my tall water bottle fits under the water dispenser.

I bought this couple of days back. So far it is good, but initially Ice cubes were not coming. After reset it is fine

So far so good. It takes a little getting used to to have the freezer on the bottom but I think we will like it.

I have always wanted a fridge with the freezer on the bottom and didnt think twice when buying this fridge. I absolutely love this fridge! Even a month later i would buy it again without a second thought! Looks perfect in my kitchen and I get many complements on it.
