Left door seal does not pop out like it should. Bottom deli drawer does not close easily. Layout of the fridge is great. Water and Ice Maker work great.

It serves its purpose. I don’t like that the water and ice dispenser are controlled by same feature

I like the separate drawers and ease of use. The freezer has a sliding drawer to separate your frozen food and make it easier to find what you have stored. The gallon holders on the inside of the refrigerator door is great for quick milk or juice storage.

I have always wanted a fridge with the freezer on the bottom and didnt think twice when buying this fridge. I absolutely love this fridge! Even a month later i would buy it again without a second thought! Looks perfect in my kitchen and I get many complements on it.

I cannot say one negative comment about this refrigerator! Every function has performed higher than expected. Ice and Water dispenser inn the door are working flaelessly. Keeps fresh food @38 degrees,frozen @-5degrees.

If I could rate it less I would. We purchased this refrigerator on Sept 3, 2018. It has now stopped cooling. Repair person came, did a diagnostic check and said Samsung has a design flaw in the twin cooling defrost unit. AND because it is just 2 years old it is no longer under warranty!!! Major expense because of a design flaw that Samsung was well aware of and chose not to issue a recall. Samsung already has a repair kit for this flaw as they have had many failures. All my major appliances are Samsung - but as I replace them, it won't be with Samsung. Very poor design and no accountability.

The water dripped a bit after first hooked up but no issues after that. Freezer is a little tight on space. Other than that it's a good product.

This is the second Samsung Refrigerator I have purchased. One for the previous house and now one for the current house. The previous one is running strong with no problems after seven years. The new model is more energy efficient.

This is a nice Refrigerator, we love the freezer on the bottom and it does what its suppose to do, if I had any knocks on it I wish it had a separate switch for ice and water. As it is now you have to press buttons to go from ice to water

Love the size and look of this refrigerator. Only thing I don't like is that the ice maker makes small ice cubes and is slowto switch between ice and water.

This is a nice refrigerator with all the critical options for home. This was installed in a single family rental unit and makes the property show well. Install was easy, just make sure you have the needed height and doorway clearances.

doors are uneven and hard to even out. the bolt under the door to adjust the door up, is at its limit. still uneven.

We had looked around for awhile for a new refrigerator; the model was important but the customer service was something we desired. The Samsung is everything we wanted - quiet, efficient, well built. The customer service was exceptional. From the Samsung rep at Best Buy to the delivery and set up, it could not have been a better experience. The delivery team went beyond expectations just getting it in the kitchen but the time they took to explain the features and care of the appliance was unexpected. In this era of lowered expectations, they surpassed all of ours.

I've read a lot of bad reports on this French Door Refrigerator, but I thought I would give it a try. I've only had it a few weeks, but so far so good. My only complaint is the icemaker, it sure makes a lot of loud noise.

Good enough to store pretty much everything but could use better placement of shelves and things.

This was our newest Samsung addition after a new Samsung 82” 4K QLED tv & a Samsung washer/dryer matching set. Our old fridge was going out & I was happy to start looking for a new fridge @Best Buy!

My wife and I are thoroughly impressed with our selection. It fit right in with the appliances in our new home. We received a very nice sale discount from Best Buy. We would definitely recommend BB to our family and friends for appliance purchases.

This refridgerator is nice because if has the capability for tall cups and water bottles to fill up. I have owned this before in a stainless model and bought again after a move to new house.

Beautiful and roomy refrigerator, but watch out if you have kids that will leave finger prints. It is easy to mark surface, but will clean off.
