I love my kitchen suite. Super deal Best Buy!! I bought all four appliances and am happy although I'm still playing with the buttons and whistles

The water dripped a bit after first hooked up but no issues after that. Freezer is a little tight on space. Other than that it's a good product.

I bought this couple of days back. So far it is good, but initially Ice cubes were not coming. After reset it is fine

So far so good. It takes a little getting used to to have the freezer on the bottom but I think we will like it.

We had looked around for awhile for a new refrigerator; the model was important but the customer service was something we desired. The Samsung is everything we wanted - quiet, efficient, well built. The customer service was exceptional. From the Samsung rep at Best Buy to the delivery and set up, it could not have been a better experience. The delivery team went beyond expectations just getting it in the kitchen but the time they took to explain the features and care of the appliance was unexpected. In this era of lowered expectations, they surpassed all of ours.

This is a nice Refrigerator, we love the freezer on the bottom and it does what its suppose to do, if I had any knocks on it I wish it had a separate switch for ice and water. As it is now you have to press buttons to go from ice to water

My wife and I are thoroughly impressed with our selection. It fit right in with the appliances in our new home. We received a very nice sale discount from Best Buy. We would definitely recommend BB to our family and friends for appliance purchases.

This refrigerator replaced my side by side. It is so much easier to organize foods and to see what I have without having to dig to the back. Very happy with it.

This is a nice refrigerator with all the critical options for home. This was installed in a single family rental unit and makes the property show well. Install was easy, just make sure you have the needed height and doorway clearances.

This is the second Samsung Refrigerator I have purchased. One for the previous house and now one for the current house. The previous one is running strong with no problems after seven years. The new model is more energy efficient.

I cannot say one negative comment about this refrigerator! Every function has performed higher than expected. Ice and Water dispenser inn the door are working flaelessly. Keeps fresh food @38 degrees,frozen @-5degrees.

Overall a great ridge for the price, wish I bought the one with dual ice makers

Beautiful and roomy refrigerator, but watch out if you have kids that will leave finger prints. It is easy to mark surface, but will clean off.

This is a great fridge. I wish I had gotten the fingerprint resistant because it is hard to keep clean.

I've read a lot of bad reports on this French Door Refrigerator, but I thought I would give it a try. I've only had it a few weeks, but so far so good. My only complaint is the icemaker, it sure makes a lot of loud noise.

We like this fridge. Shelving has good flexibility. Can keep foods at different temperatures and humidities. Freezer has shelf to keep items handy. Ice dispenser is tall enough for a picher. You have to get used to ice being white instead of clear.

doors are uneven and hard to even out. the bolt under the door to adjust the door up, is at its limit. still uneven.

Got mine on the 4th of July deal package, and don't regret it! Got the Samsung deal, and saved over $1k and received $400 in gift cards! The fridge has many pros. Water & ice dispenser, great temperature control, and plenty more...

Love this, we are a family of 5 and it holds so much. I always had a second fridge in the basement but now I don’t need to use it. Really good looking and the water pressure is amazing.

The layout is great. Only negative is the slow speed of the icemaker serving ice through the door. Everything else is awesome.
