It serves its purpose. I don’t like that the water and ice dispenser are controlled by same feature

Love the fridge! Great lighting, lots of room, doors open and seal great. Only minor complaint is that it's a bit loud when the compressor kicks in.

Stainless is easy to clean. Plenty of room in the freezer. Ice machine takes up quite a bit of room. Really like it for the most part.

I have given this fridge a rating of 4 stars because it does what it is supposed to do. The cooling features are helpful as are the options to alter temperatures and humidity in different parts of the fridge. There is nothing spectacular about the fridge so it didn't earn a 5th star, but it works well. That being said, I would not personally purchase this fridge again, but that is not the fridge's fault, nor is it Samsung's. I have found I do not like the French door style. I have had a side-by-side for the past 20 years or so and find I prefer that style. I find that the french door style swallows the food essentially. What is mean is that food seems to easily get piled behind other food in the deep, expansive shelves. With a side-by-side, food was more easily accessible, and there was less moving food around. Additionally, and perhaps this is true of this particular fridge but not other french door fridges, it has been challenging to store tall items. It is true that one of the shelves slides in under itself to allow for storage of taller items, but my wife had to remove one whole shelf to store additional taller items. This may also be a facet of having 6 in our family and thus having larger items.

Love most of the standard features. Only negative is doors dont close with a gentle push. Doors require full force to close.

Excellent refrigerator just wish it held more icewe have to fridge with the icemaker on the door and there isn't enough storage in the freezer

This was our newest Samsung addition after a new Samsung 82” 4K QLED tv & a Samsung washer/dryer matching set. Our old fridge was going out & I was happy to start looking for a new fridge @Best Buy!

So far we are enjoying this product. I do wish ice maker was a little larger but it makes ice very quickly.

We needed a good 25 cu ft refer to replace a 12 year old inefficient model. I have always had a good experience with Samsung.

So far the fridge lives up to its billing; only issues is the gentle hum it emits. All the features work perfectly and will know how much it saves on power. Stylish and practical fits well in our décor. Once the summer comes will be the real test (ice making for outdoors entertainment). The BestBuy staff made this purchase experience very easy and painless.

After having smaller (18cf) refrigerators in the past this one holds lots of food. I love the bottom freezer with the drawer . Temperatures keep all the foods fresh. Love the black ss.

This is a very nice refrigerator. Iwould definitely recommend it to a friend.. Just make sure to measure your cabinets because it is very large.

Good enough to store pretty much everything but could use better placement of shelves and things.

This refridgerator is nice because if has the capability for tall cups and water bottles to fill up. I have owned this before in a stainless model and bought again after a move to new house.

If I could rate it less I would. We purchased this refrigerator on Sept 3, 2018. It has now stopped cooling. Repair person came, did a diagnostic check and said Samsung has a design flaw in the twin cooling defrost unit. AND because it is just 2 years old it is no longer under warranty!!! Major expense because of a design flaw that Samsung was well aware of and chose not to issue a recall. Samsung already has a repair kit for this flaw as they have had many failures. All my major appliances are Samsung - but as I replace them, it won't be with Samsung. Very poor design and no accountability.

Just fine Delivery was not done as scheduled! Was very upset! But reschedule and everything was good then

This is good Refrigerator except its filter wont last for long. Many options to make different level of temp.

Samsung has made good improvement. We love the fridge. For the price range I thing it serves the purpose.

I purchased the Samsung suite when I was building my house in black stainless. It looks classy and I get tons of compliments on it. I'm still trying to learn all the features, but it is a beautiful product that I highly recommend.
