Great interior arrangement of shelves and lower drawer that controls temp and humidity The bottom drawer freezer with sliding shelf is much friendlier than the side bayside arrangement Having no magnets on the door keeps the appearance neat

quick service, nice sale persons, showed going to give a gift card but did not give us any.

Bought this samsung fridge a few months ago, overall this fridge is really well built. I have had some issue with the sliding shelf not wanting to stay, also the ice cube maker keeps having issues with freezing over I am constantly having to take the ice cube maker tray out and having the defrost it. This is may biggest issue with the fridge

fridge is awesome. love the ice and water dispenser. It is a little louder than my last fridge but nothing worth not buying it for

So far it is very good. So quite, makes plenty of ice. Compared to the side by side it replaced has more room

Loved the space and look, but 4 weeks into it ends it's loud, odd noises, and the ice maker is ridiculous, super loud and it Makes a small ice. I was in a hurry to buy, I should have done more research

Black stainless is the way to go! Now I need to change out my stove and dishwasher so that they match. The material is easy to clean & it stays smudge free a lot longer than normal stainless. I'm happy with my choice.

This refrigerator is garbage! We owned it for maybe a year, and the ice make stopped making ice. We had water pooling up under the pantry drawer which would freeze and make it impossible to open the draw because the wheel would be in 1"-2" thick sheet of ice. After doing some research I found that Samsung refrigerators almost all seem to have this problem and Samsung will not help you to fix it. There is currently a class action law suit about their crappy ice makers so buyer beware!! I had to threaten Samsung with the class action law suit, the numerous complaints on BBB, and with contacting my state's attorney general's office just to get them to come out and repair my refrigerator for free because of their defect! Samsung will take no accountability for their product!

refrig is great but for french door models just know you have to close the left door before the right if you opened the right one first.

Very nice and versatile with the shelf adjustments. Appearance is great but a little "loud" when the compressor runs.

so far so good. quiet.cools well.ice maker works so far. of course its been only about 2 weeks.

Nice looking. Love the water and ice taste very good. Freezer part is a just the perfect amt of space.

We purchased this fridge a little over a year ago. I have not had any complaints. I love the sleek look and the large space the fridge has. The freezer below pulls out quietly and smoothly.

Love the Fridge but hate the sticker under the Samsung logo. Digital converter technology 10 year warranty on the compressor. Seems glued on and ugly as part of my kitchen. Delivery was great!

The setup was easy except for unattaching water line from old fridge. The installers would not disconnect and I did not have the right tools at the time. The fridge itself has been great, except for the ice. When you try to get cubed ice out it sometimes comes out as crushed.

Love the water dispenser and ice maker, I stopped buying bottled water because of this great filter. tastes excellent. The fridge could use more space on the inside though

Survice is great.Why buy any of your appliances any where else.We wont.

The wide bottom freezer drawer provides easy access and storage space for items that would not fit in narrower side by side freezer shelves. LED lighting in refrigerator also makes it easier to find items in the refrigerator.
