Great refrigerator and so far have not had any issue's. I was a little scared after reading several reviews, but am very pleased with my purchase.

Just right for me and the wife and a family of 4. This frig is larger than a counter size and is righty on the money for the size of my kitchen Good ice maker and larger freezer.

Heard good things about the fridge while out comparison shopping. Got a better deal at BB than at Sears, and their delivery/install people were very polite, knowledgeable and efficient.

The water dispenser leaks. I had to have it replaced

Thought I might have to go with counter depth, but this ended up fitting nicely. So far all is working well. This is our first french door fridge and I love it.

I looked a many refrigerators before buying this one. Reviews for others wasn't very good. This one had good reviews and I always wanted a bottom freezer. One thing I worried about was the water dispenser dripping, as others I have had did. This one does not drip! Lots of space for food, and freezer space. So glad we bought this one. I liked the Samsung so much, I bought a new gas stove.

Great amount of space and very stylish. The black stainless is perfect when you have kids in the house.

Love how much space is in the doors. For taller items the slide in shelf and the flip up shelf is awesome. The chilled drawer is amazing for snacks. Love the bright led lights

The refrigerator was delivered without the doors being installed; this was very disappointing.

This fridge is gorgeous in our Kitchen. It looks and operates better than expected! I would highly recommend this fridge and best buy buying experience to anyone I know!

I really like the black stainless. The size was perfect and the features are exactly what I was looking for. The fridge does not make much noise and the ice does not clump together.

Great fridge for our home.It has lots of space to meet all of our needs. Like the water and ice dispenser in the door and the black stainless steel finish does not show fingerprints

The refrigerator was what we expected. Made ice quickly and quietly. Also cooled down quick upon installation.

The Ice Maker was an important feature for me. This Ice Maker excels compared to my former refrigerator.

Haven't had it long enough to give it 5 stars, since durability is a big factor in ratings, but so far we love it.

I like the fridge but the only drawback is it does not stay closed when you open one side of drawer.

This is my second Samsung fridge. Love the first one so why change. The water dispenser design has been improved so it's less messy. The LED lights look nice. The ice dispenser also improved.

Bought this to replace a ten year old French door model that went out. Vast improvements with the newer model. I love the adjustable shelving, the full size bottom drawer is great too. The previous fridge had the ice maker actually in the door and was small and we always ran out of ice. This has the ice maker up in top, running full depth of the machine. It never runs out. And the LED lighting is brighter than regular bulbs and doesn't give off heat. Freezer compartment is huge
