We have been using this refrigerator for the past 6 months and we love using it.

I like the fridge but the only drawback is it does not stay closed when you open one side of drawer.

The Ice Maker was an important feature for me. This Ice Maker excels compared to my former refrigerator.

This is my second Samsung fridge. Love the first one so why change. The water dispenser design has been improved so it's less messy. The LED lights look nice. The ice dispenser also improved.

The refrigerator was what we expected. Made ice quickly and quietly. Also cooled down quick upon installation.

This fridge is everything I hoped it would be. The French door design makes it easy to put stuff away, it is spacious and it works. I've even noticed my veggies lasting longer in the veggie bins. The freezer has two levels making it easy to keep the stuff I use the most often on top. The water and ice work great and the opening is tall enough to fill my pod coffeemaker reservoir. It is shiny but so far no fingerprints.

Bought this in the outlet center and works perfect. We have purchased a lot of appliances in here. best thing Best Buy ever came up with is the outlet center

Haven't had it long enough to give it 5 stars, since durability is a big factor in ratings, but so far we love it.

Fridge looks nice, stainless hard to maintain, freezer goods end up stacked on top of each other

Bought this to replace a ten year old French door model that went out. Vast improvements with the newer model. I love the adjustable shelving, the full size bottom drawer is great too. The previous fridge had the ice maker actually in the door and was small and we always ran out of ice. This has the ice maker up in top, running full depth of the machine. It never runs out. And the LED lighting is brighter than regular bulbs and doesn't give off heat. Freezer compartment is huge

Function and arrangement of inside helps to put utensils of any size.

Ice cube dispenser produces slowly and ice reserve is small

Love the freezer drawers. Good lighting inside. Lower drawer in refrigerator should have been divided, so you don't have to open both outer doors to get into it. Biggest negative is that the motor/fan is very noisy and changes speeds frequently.

We have had this fridge for a month and love it. We love the bottom freezer and spaciousness of this fridge. We have been w/o a water and ice dispenser for years and love this feature.

Trying to figure out how to organize it. But I do love the features of drawer temperatures.

Shipping service was great, fridge works awesome, everything I expected! The led lights are the bright white ones and I love it!

I have only had this refrigerator for 2 years and have had it serviced 2x and now I am calling a 3rd time. Had to have a heat wire put in because ice builds up in the back and then starts leaking from the bottom. Service Tech advised that they might not service Samsung anymore because of such poor design. Ice maker constantly builds up ice and then it won't come out. Will not be buying a Samsung again.

Loving it!!!! Fridge compartment has many configurations with shelves and the freezer has plenty of space!!
