So far the fridge has been great, my only complaint is that the plastic wrap on the front didn't come off very well and involved tweezers to remove the rest of it around the edges.

We went from a side by side to this one. Freezer area is about the same size space wise. Huge difference in the refrigerator side. We love it

I've had my refrigerator for about 2 weeks, so far so good. The ice maker is working correctly, the water is running correctly, and I'm really enjoying the refrigerator.

Only complaint is that outside of the door shelves, there isn't enough space for taller items.

I purchased this refrigerator in May 7,2020. It wasn't delivered until July 1, 2020. I didn't even plug it in. The refrigerator is to big for the opening. This was an open box. I ordered this originally but the sales person wrote in the wrong item number. He wrote in the the refrigerator that has the water on the inside of the door. We wanted the water on the outside of the door. I caught the error a few days later, but of course best buy was sold out of the one we wanted. They only had this open box unit. I was told by my sales person that I could still return it if it is not what I wanted. I don't want it

I chose this refrigerator because I liked the dual cooling that it offered. Also the style fit the spot where I had to put it. Tons of room and the moveable trays make it very versatile.

I recommend staying away from Samsung refrigerators. The freezing up of the main coils is a REAL thing. Once a month I have to remove all of my food and use a hair dryer to defrost the huge ice buildup in both my main refrigerator and the ice maker. It takes about 2 1/2 hours to do (first time was 4 hours). Read all the other reviews and you will see, after a short period of time this will start to act up. Be sure to learn how to take your refrigerator apart and how to turn it to forced defrost mode. Go ahead and buy this product, just be ready for the headaches, or $$$ from you local repair guy. They will love you for your business I'm sure.

It is a nice looking fridge and really useful when you change from a traditional one

I got this fridge last month and it has been great. Only issue is that the top shelf had to be lowered to put in bigger items (Milk, Soda, Juice etc). And only the right side can be lowered.

The French door model makes the freezer compartment more efficient. The only suggested change would be to have separate dispensers for Ice and Water.
