Ice machine is very slow. Otherwise a great fridge

We bought this as part of an appliance package when remodeling our Florida home. The refrigerator is great and it compliments the other products. A+++

So far so good, we had no problem yet . We had this product close to four weeks now, and our family love it. Easy cleaning.

The first floor model I bought came out damaged but I went to Best Buy they gave me a store credit plus let me pick one out I would not shop anywhere but Best Buy.

This is my first stainless steel fridge and I love it. The Samsung 24.6 cu. in. has more than enough space and the ice dispenser in the door is excellent.

Love the water and ice through the door. Plenty of room in the refrigerator and the climate control drawer is great for fruit or wine.

I bought the frig as it was on sale. The unit works great but is it ever noisy. It constantly makes creaking noises and makes you think someone is in the kitchen. The ice maker is noisy also and does not provide quality ice. I would not reccomend this unit.

My fridge has made a vibrating noise when it runs since I got it. My brother who is an electrician looked at it and said its because of the cheap plastic materials around the coil. I initially called Samsung and they said make sure the wheels are off the floor, which they are. Fridge has also been leveled. I should probably call Samsung again but it's a huge pain dealing with the help lines and you feel like you're on the phone for half the day. You spend this much money on an appliance and it's very disappointing when it's not working right from the get-go. I do like how the fridge/freezer is set up but the noise in a small house could end up driving me nuts. I should make that dreaded phone call....
