Great French fridge. I love this. Lots of compartment to use. Love the computer, works with my ring door.

One slight scratch on the fridge saved us almost $1,200. Only concern is the heater for the washing machine. Lots of moisture after the cycle runs.

I wish I'd seen this known problem with the ice compartment before I bought this refrigerator! The compartment can be hard to open even in a display model, but this refrigerator was no good to me when I could never open the ice maker compartment to throw out the ice after initial use or when changing the filter. I'm 70 years old and I didn't want to start out with a refrigerator where I couldn't use the ice maker. Best Buy was good about letting me trade to a totally different brand and style of refrigerator since I was within 15 days of my original purchase.

Love the ice maker once we installed water lines. So far so good!

No major design flaws as of yet. We do like the black stainless!

Works well so far. The only issue is with the ice maker that is extremely loud all the time. The banging noise and ice dropping makes a loud bang at all hours. Wish I would have known how loud it can get. Scares me to death at night.

The samsung french door fridge is the best you can buy in that segment, with the black stainless steel finish thats makes it look very classy and upscale.

A good refrigerator so far. Ample space inside which helped me get through the holidays with 7-9 people. Cooling is good as well. No complaints so far.

There have been no issues with this refrigerator. Freezer section keeps ice-cream hard and everything frozen - can't say that about my last refrigerator!

This fridge was repaired several times for parts freezing up. There are service bulletins on lots of parts . Fixed 2 times many parts. Would not buy

Just bought it for a month but it works very good. Nice Ice maker. The only cons is limited room for high containers like milk container.
