We were able to have our particular unit shipped in less than a week as samsung has to ship their units from the warehouse and usually takes 2 weeks or more, but best buy found one closer to us so that was a plus. Love the ice maker, has drawers specifically for your sandwich meats and veggies and small items, lots of freezer space has a drawer in freezer and then space underneath you won't be disappointed

There's also little space for jugs or standing bottles. The manual is poorly written and incomplete.

I have had no less than 4 technicians out to my house to repair a leak from the inside compartment due to frost build-up and melt. Each time, the tech replaced some parts including the back panel and motor, but the problem returns months, if not weeks later. In addition to the pooling of water beneath the pantry drawer, I have had issues with frost build-up in the ice maker, and the hinge on the French door busted. Too many headaches, especially for the price. Easily the worst Samsung purchase I have ever made.
