    The quality of this refrigerator is extremely poor. We have had multiple shelves in the door break. The refrigerator had a dent in it when it arrived. It is easily dented. The icemaker has broken twice. We are extremely disappointed and are needing to consider replacing this. Samsung has not stood behind this product. They have required us to pay for all of the repairs. Extremely disappointed.

    the experience is had was good, had issue getting approval for 18 month interest free, they would not take my card and had to get new card. also delivery was ok but they did damage stairs. over all experience was good
