    Have had the fridge for about 2 months now and it's been working fine for me. Everything works as expected. One minor annoyance is crushed ice seems to take longer than normal to dispense than my last fridge.

    We did a lot of research and were looking for something similar to the French door, bottom freezer we had before. I love the lighting inside and the flip up shelf. I only have 2 complaints. One is that you have to make sure the door is shut. It does not automatically close easily. You have to push it firmly. Also, I wish the bottom deli drawer, which is great, was split into 2 drawers so I don't have to open both doors to open it especially because it is split into 2 compartments. Otherwise, we really like the product.

    We needed a bigger fridge for our house. The Samsung was a perfect match for what we were looking for. With three kids, we love the fact that finger prints do not show up on the front of the doors. The bottom pull out freezer is ideal for kids to grab snacks from the freezer.
