    We did a lot of research and were looking for something similar to the French door, bottom freezer we had before. I love the lighting inside and the flip up shelf. I only have 2 complaints. One is that you have to make sure the door is shut. It does not automatically close easily. You have to push it firmly. Also, I wish the bottom deli drawer, which is great, was split into 2 drawers so I don't have to open both doors to open it especially because it is split into 2 compartments. Otherwise, we really like the product.

    Re replaced our 24 month old LG frige with the Samsung. The support on the LG was horrible. We decided to replace a relatively new Fridge because it was cost prohibitive to fix it.

    I never pictured no ice bucket for ice only as you get it on the door tried to get Samsung to send it to me no one best buy or Samsung and explain why this isn't with the fridge I paid enough
