Originally purchased this from pack sales. They did not have it in stock. Salesperson lied to me about delivery date. Canceled the refrigerator and purchased it at Best Buy senti. They could find the refrigerator. It came without a bottom great. I will be calling about that. All refrigerators have bottom great to hide the guts on the bottom. This did not . Overall Best Buy order was a nightmare . I am still waiting for a overhead microwave to arrive it has been almost 2 months. Ordered to stove it came damaged. Cancel the order reordered it from Best Buy senti. Ordered a dishwasher somehow this came in good shape. Washer and dryer were okay also. Pack sales from Mission Valley were dysfunctional . Give me dates that did not happen, and did not follow up.

Bad quality

Within 6 months all were broken. Samsung customer service though was very good as they sent me replacements since the fridge was still under warranty. Once they break again I will be out of luck. I have another LG refrigerator that is at least 7 years old and the door bins are still like new.
