    The lower drawer get stuck all the time, it the second time we buy the same product and didn’t happen with the previous one, we’re disappointed

    This three drawer refrigerator/freezer is amazing. Quiet. Easy to use controls. A fantastic upgrade from the traditional over/under. Make sure you have the width, depth and height to accommodate.

    The refrigerator gets very cold! Super fancy but built very weird! You can’t store anything anywhere. The doors can hardly hold basic condiments.

    I almost NEVER write reviews, especially bad ones. I am very disappointed. Want to love this, but it constantly trips the GFCI (needed to be up to code) it is on. We have not been able to get any solution between Best Buy (elite plus) or Samsung. To start, our GFCI and electrical is fine and has been checked by an electrician. Originally it was bought for a new build (during COVID) which was delayed, so it had to wait in the warehouse for about 8 months. This left us with only 4 months of warranty once it was installed. It started tripping the GFCI on the first day it was installed. It was replaced once with the same model to see if it was specific to that one. The replacement didn’t start tripping the GFCI until the manufacturer warranty was finished. We were told it wasn’t designed to be on a GFCI, and to have the GFCI replaced with a regular outlet (can’t do that because it wouldn’t be to code) So now we have a fridge, not designed to be on a GFCI, on a GFCI, tripping it 4-5 times a day and no recommendations other than to break code.
