The stainless exterior stains where water occasionally drips from the ice/water dispenser. On the plus side, it keeps food extremely fresh for much longer in all compartments.

The fridge is very roomy inside, but I would like to have had a little more flexibility with shelf positioning - only one small area tall enough to store 2-liters or Milk containers. There is a door space large enough for gallons, but I can't get accustomed to beverages in the door. Love the way the ice & water functions work - very smooth and quiet with a nice, easy-touch key-pad.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Our previous refrigerator was a Maytag that we had for 14 years, although over that time I had to replace the Ice Maker, Logic Board, and Water Shut off Valve...finally the touch pad failed so we checked Best Buy for a replacement. We zeroed in on the RF263BEAEWW that's the same size as our old Maytag and had all the features we were interested in, not to mention the Zero Interest with payments for 18 months. We're very happy with the purchase and quality of the Samsung. One thing I will mention is the display lettering does not light up, only the Icons for each function, we can live with that, just a small notation.

Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The refrigerator was less than one year old and the ice maker / water dispenser kept freezing and leaking water all over the floor. I had the Geek Squad come to the house several times before they finally gave up and gave me a voucher for a new refrigerator. I decided NOT to go with Samsung the second time around.
