I was very impressed. As for the 5 to 10 texts and phone calls from best buy telling me incorrect delivery reminder times. Extremely rediculas. The stress free delivery due to these employees made up for it.

Water in cool pantry drawer after 3 years

We loved it at first, and still do for keeping our food fresher than any other fridge we've had BUT, there is a design flaw with the cooling system that causes water to flow into the cool pantry drawer and THIS IS NOT FIXABLE. I've contacted Samsung, looked at many similar posts online for this problem and paid $100 for an appliance service guy only for him to tell me he's seen this problem many times before and there is no fix for it.

Lots of room on the top slelves and bottom freezer

The only thing I am having to adjust to is having to use the electronic key pad every time I want ice and water. Just a light tap changes it to ice or water. I just hope the electronic pad is still working for several years.
